Delhi: Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, on Friday, responded to users comparing ad metrics of X and Meta and said that the latter does not share actual advertisement metrics while his X platform gives better returns than the Facebook owner.

“Our advertising relevance has greatly improved,” said the tech billionaire.

Another X user commented that the trend of increasing ad costs and decreasing ROAS (Return On Advertisement Spend) on Meta has been noticeable for a while and seems to only be “worsening.”

Musk responded to users, urging to advertise on X and emphasised that Meta leaves advertisers no control over relevance and reach.

It's not able that the Creator Targeting program on X (formerly Twitter) launched in February 2023 allows advertisers to choose which content creators their ads appear next to. This aimed to help advertisers avoid controversial or offensive content and ensure better control over ad placement for brand safety.
