After holding the position of CMO, Head - Corporate Communications and Head Liability Products and Managed Programs at HDFC Bank for two and a half years, Ravi Santhanam, has now been elevated to the role of Group Head, CMO, Head - D2C business.
Santhanam had joined HDFC Bank as Chief Marketing Officer in March 2017.
Prior to joining HDFC Bank, he was associated with Vodafone across various roles and he last served the role of EVP and Head- Customer Value Management at the telecom company for one and a half years starting October 2015.
He was Vodafone’s EVP and Head- Data/Terminals from April 2013 for a period of two and a half years. Before this, he was the COO, UP (East Circle) at Vodafone.
Earlier on, he was also associated with Reliance Communications for over eight and a half years. During this time, he held the role of SVP-Circle Head, Wireless Business, MHG Circle.
In the past, Santhanam also worked with Powergen, ICICI Bank and Bajaj Auto.
