RS Suriyanarayanan joins Maxus Bangalore to head buying for ITC

Maxus Bangalore has appointed RS Suriyanarayanan, erstwhile Associate Vice-President, Initiative, as Buying Head for the ITC business across the country. While Suriyanarayanan could not be reached for confirmation, sources close to the development confirmed the news to BestMediaInfo.

He will report to Pratik Rathod, National Trading Head, Maxus India. At Maxus Bangalore, he will head the buying function for the complete ITC portfolio.

ITC was, till recently, being handled by Madison Media for a long time. Earlier this year, the media duties were shifted to Maxus India and the agency had announced its plans to build a team for the ITC account.

Suriyanarayanan is ending his decade-long stint at the IPG agency which he had joined in June 2007. Prior to that, he worked with Dinamalar as its Regional Manager for North for over eight years.
