Having joined when the brand was at its nascent stage, to changing the very perception in the way customers looked at HDFC Life, I helped the brand grow into a distinct, strong and dynamic leader in the insurance sector. Leveraging my prior experience at GCMMF, PepsiCo, Mattel and Reliance Communications, I was able to lead the HDFC Life brand to pioneer the digital and direct sales space and to harness analytics, making it a necessity for achieving customer delight. From launching new and unique ad campaigns like ‘Memories for life’ to launching innovative products like HDFC Life Cancer Care, my journey at HDFC Life has been an exciting, fruitful and rewarding one.”
