Media Kinnect, Social Kinnect’s specialised media planning and buying unit, will handle media planning for the brand

Social Kinnect has won the digital marketing mandate for Safari Bags. This is the bags and travel gear maker’s first foray into the digital space. Safari is taking their big leap into digital with this association and intends to launch their brand online.
The mandate includes creating 360-degree campaigns involving all their digital assets – their social media handles, website, emailers, videos as well as media planning that will be handled by Media Kinnect, Social Kinnect’s specialised media planning and buying unit.[caption id="attachment_79742" align="alignleft" width="150"] Rohan Mehta[/caption]
Commenting on the win, Rohan Mehta, CEO, Social Kinnect, said, “We are very excited to be working with Safari Bags, especially as they are one of the leaders in the luggage space. It’s a great brand to work with since they want to reach out to the today’s youth and expand their presence among the younger generation. Digital media is the obvious direction to move in to achieve this objective. Since this is their first foray in this space, we have a lot of work cut out for us, along with a lot of learning for both the brand and the agency. We wish to make it a successful year for the brand.”
