Mediacom India won the Agency of the Year at the Festival of Media Awards Asia Pacific, held in Singapore yesterday. P&G’s Ariel Dads Share the Load campaign by Mediacom India won the Campaign of the Year trophy as well as three Golds.Mindshare India was awarded as the agency network of the year. India’s Ariel Dads Share the Load Campaign won three Golds in the categories Best Engagement Strategy, The Best Insight Award and Best Use of Video.
Lodestar UM India’s Door Step School – A Street Naming Event for Social Change grabbed a Gold in the Best Not-For-Profit Campaign category.
Zenith India’s Maggi We Miss You too campaign got Gold in Best Social Media Strategy, while Mindshare India’s Brooke Bond Red Label Tea 6 Pack Band won in the Best Use of an Influencer category. Gillette Bachelors of Shaving, again by MediaCom India, scored a Gold in The Utility/Public Service Award.
Among the six Silvers, two metals were won by Mindshare India for their campaigns Dove - Change the Rhyme (Best Social Media Strategy) and Just Do It #DADADING (Best Use of Digital Media). PHD India two grabbed two Silvers for Pureit Cares for Chennai (Best Use of Mobile) and Swachh Aadat Swachh Bharat (The Utility/Public Service Award).
One Silver medal each was won by Maxus India (for How India Started Paying Through Mobile for The Effectiveness Award) and Lodestar UM India (for Door Step School - A Street Naming Event For Social Change for the category Best Event/Experiential Campaign).
Three Bronze medals were won by Madison Communications (Celebrate your Roots), MediaCom India (Gillette Bachelors of Shaving) and Mindshare India (Lights. Camera. Bagpiper).
