AsymmetriqueAsymmetrique, a digital-era branding, marketing and advertising solutions company, recently won the brand-building mandate for Kolkata-based Nordusk LED. Inspired by the Northern Lights of Norway, Nordusk brings the best of LED technology to India.

The brand and communication challenge is to carry Nordusk's proposition to its consumer and business buyer segments, and create brand differentiation in a rapidly commoditising product category. Asymmetrique has been awarded an integrated mandate including brand and product above-the-line and below-the-line, strategic and tactical digital marketing, 360-degree media strategy, and channel loyalty solution development on a pan-India basis.

Sandeep Tekriwal, Managing Director, Nordusk LED, said, “We were keen on associating with someone who understands our marketing requirements and differentiates our brand in the market, even as we focus on growing sales at a rapid pace. We are positive that Asymmetrique will be a long-term partner at strategic and tactical marketing levels for Nordusk, and will help us build India's premier brand in this space.”

Adding his thoughts on the win, Nitin Gupta, CEO and Managing Director, Asymmetrique, said, “We are thrilled to partner with a brand that understands the need for a strategic approach to marketing. The Nordusk team has inherent strength in channel-building, which needs to be supported with a robust demand-generation engine in order to achieve market leadership in LEDs. We look forward to combining our respective strengths in accomplishing this goal together.”

The first phase of the campaign should roll out next month in the West Bengal and Eastern India markets.
