In Week 3 of BARC Impressions, this is possibly the first time that we saw DD National in the top 10 club and Sony Entertainment Television missing from the list.

According to select data shared by BARC India for Week 3 for Hindi general entertainment channels (January 15 - January 22) {HSM: NCCS All : 4+ Individuals: BARC India base – All India (U+R), Impressions (000s)}, Colors retained its leadership position with 701098 Impressions, a decline from last week's 762023.

Star Plus is at No. 2 position with 681755 Impressions compared to last week's 727809.

Zee TV is at No.3 with 647201, a substantial increase from last week's 636989.

Life Ok retained its No. 4 position with 427374, up from last week's 425798.

SAB TV is at No. 5 with 361055 Impressions, a good rise from last week's 323649.

For the first time this year, DD National is in the top 10 list with a viewership of 329478 Impressions.

FTA channels

Among the FTA channels, Zee Anmol is at No.1 with 638381 impressions, a drop from last week's 682983.

Star Utsav is at No. 2 with 437498, a decline from last week's 506714.

Sony Pal is at No.3 with 394987 compared to last week's 339073.

Lastly, we have Rishtey with 393743 Impressions, a substantial increase in viewership from last week's 365968.

Top 5 programmes in Hindi GECs

As per select data (HSM: NCCS All: Prime Time (1800 – 2330 hrs): Individuals: BARC India base – All India (U+R), Colors' Naagin remained the most watched show with an average viewership of 17199 as compared to last week's 18125.

Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya witnessed an average Impression of 14244 (last week 14852).

Colors' Sasural Simar Ka is at No. 3 with an Impression of 13180 (last week 13466).

Star Plus' Saath Nibhaana Saathiya is at No. 4 with a viewership of 12329 (last week 13067).

Lastly, we have Zee TV's Jamai Raja with an impression of 11608.
