Frenchie, the inner wear brand from Maxwell Industries, is all set to woo the youth with its new TVC, which also seeks to promote its association with the ongoing Pro Kabaddi league. Frenchie is the associate sponsor of Pro Kabaddi League 2015.

The new TVC, which has a youthful feel to it, focuses on how Frenchie appeals to every male across all age groups, making every woman fall – rather fight – for a Frenchie Man. With the Pro Kabaddi league catching momentum, this TVC of Frenchie will be depicting a tone of Kabbadi with a difference, where girls are pitting against each other to get the Frenchie Man. The tussle that happens between ladies for the Frenchie Man is synonymous to grappling of Kabaddi.

This TVC has been conceptualised by Roopesh Rai Productions, part of Maxwell Enertainment and directed by National Award-winning director Roopesh Sikand. Commenting on the campaign, Sikand said, “We wanted to give the TVC a very international look that will appeal to not just Indians, but also makes a big impression amongst foreigners. The TVC will appeal not just to the masses, but the classes too. It was specifically shot keeping in mind the tag line, 'VIP Frenchie makes a big impression' and hence, the good visuals, great emotions and variety of colours were needed adhering to the requirement of the brand's premium image.”

Abhishek Paul, Brand Manager, Maxwell Industries, commented, “Frenchie has always been a favourite with many for years. With time, Frenchie has evolved with new styles, trends, and designs, but retaining its original essence and appeal of masculinity. The new TVC, too, has focused on this factor, wherein the Frenchie Man is oblivious to the fact that women of all ages want to have him as their man.”

The TVC will be telecast across channels, including Star Sports, Star Sports 1, Star Sports 2, Star Sports 3, Star Sports HD1, Star Sports HD2, Star Sports HD3, Maa Movies, Suvarna, Star Pravah Marathi, Star Gold as well as on digital platforms such as Starsports.com, Hotstar, YouTube, Facebook and other online media.
