As Finance Minister Arun Jaitley prepares to present the Union Budget on February 28, nearly every economic indicator is favourable – inflation is down, so are crude oil prices, foreign exchange reserves are at a peak and foreign investors are interested again in India's stock markets. So, what will Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his team do to return India to the oath of exponential growth?
