Seagull Advertising, an 18-year-old advertising agency with offices in Mumbai and Pune, has appointed Zahid Gawandi as Chief Operating Officer. Gawandi has a breadth of experience in advertising, both on the agency side as well as on the client side, in the fields of strategic planning, product launches, consumer research, brand architecture and new business pitches.

At Seagull, he will be responsible for ensuring a national footprint for the agency, new client acquisition, managing day-to-day operations by planning, prioritising, and directing resources to enhance both internal and customer-facing operational processes.
