With more and more online shopping platforms pushing their way into the online market, a good marketing campaign can go a long way in helping companies beat the rat race. Jabong.com's newest campaign is an attempt at the same. The new TVC – 'Go crazy shopping' – conceptualised by Jabong's internal team, is a take on consumer behaviour and how people can literally go crazy shopping.

The TVC opens with two fashion-conscious girls talking and complimenting each other on their shoes. While one of them replies that she shops from Jabong.com, along with the others in the room, it is revealed that all of them are hostages in a bank robbery. The robbers shout at them and ask them to shut up. However, the next moment a delivery man from Jabong.com comes to deliver some new packages from the portal and all the girls run towards him, forgetting that they are in a hostage situation. The robbers flee when they see the crazed women coming toward them.

The campaign, while at once being imaginative and humorous, also talks about how Jabong.com is the choice of the fashion-conscious shopper. It displays the huge range of clothes and shoes that the portal offers and the fact that they can all be home delivered for the shopper's convenience. It plays up Jabong.com's role as a one-stop shop for its happy customers.

Jabong.com, launched in January 2012, has always tried to make headway into the world of fashion. The shopping portal had earlier tied up with 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' to sell exclusive YJHD collection of clothes. Within a few months of its launch, Jabong.com became the most trafficked e-com site in India (Google.com traffic stats). According to Com-Score report of December 2012 to May 2013, Jabong.com had the highest amount of traffic coming to its site amongst all Indian e-commerce companies.
