CNN-IBN, in association with Reliance Foundation, announces 6th edition of Real Heroes in partnership with Hindustan Times

publive-imageIt's time to honour the unknown and unsung heroes of India who have made it their life's mission to live for others. CNN-IBN, in association with Reliance Foundation, is back with the sixth edition of Real Heroes, in partnership withHindustan Times, an award that celebrates the extraordinary service of India's ordinary citizens. This year, Real Heroes awards will felicitate 13 heroic women, who fought hard and conquered all obstacles to make a difference to people's lives.

Real Heroes is an annual initiative that honours the brave and selfless citizens of our country who have worked unconditionally towards making the society a better place to live in. The 13 women heroes from across the nation will be shortlisted by the IBN Editorial Board, keeping in mind their contribution in fields as diverse as Women's Empowerment, Environment, Youth & Social Welfare, Health & Disability, Education & Children and Sports. For more information on the initiative, log on to www.realheroes.com.
