Rabe Iyer joins Motivator as Managing Partner

His last assignment was with Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd where he worked in leading positions driving their Outdoor, Live Entertainment, Activation, Exhibition and Radio businesses

Rabinder Thirumurthy, better known as Rabe Iyer, has joined Motivator as Managing Partner with effect from today. He will be based in Motivator's Gurgaon office and will report to Ajit Varghese, MD, Maxus & Motivator - South Asia. Iyer will also be part of the GroupM Mancom.

Iyer joins Motivator from Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd (RBNL). In his four-year stint with them, he has worked in leading positions driving their Outdoor, Live Entertainment, Activation, Exhibition and Radio businesses.

With 20 years of advertising and media experience spanning the integrated agency world to leading media agency houses here and in Vietnam, Iyer comes in with rich media experience having worked on domestic and international brands like Hyundai, Nokia, Morepen, P&G, Coca-Cola to name a few. He has been part of targeting consumers for both low involvement to very high involvement brands in India and emerging economies of Asia.
