Asianet Movies to launch on July 15

It is the first dedicated movie channel in Malayalam, and will be available nationally and in the Gulf markets

Asianet, the first Malayalam satellite TV channel, is all set to launch an exclusive round the clock movie channel, Asianet Movies, on July 15, 2012. Apart from Malayalam, viewers can also which superhit movies from Tamil and Hindi languages.

The movie channel will include superhit movies, classics and evergreen movies in addition to the most recent films. The channel also presents the new beats in the film industry, star chats and other movie related programmes.

The channel will starts its telecast with the superhit film 'Spanish Masala' directed by Lal Jose and with star cast Dileep, Kunchakko Boban, Biju Menon, Daniela, etc.

The free-to-air channel will be available all over India, Gulf and other countries. In Kerala, the channel is available through all major cable TV operators including ACV, COA, etc., and other leading DTH platforms.
