DMAi, the singular forum for integrated direct marketing in India announced the launch of India's first-of-its-kind global convention for direct marketing. This global convention which will be held in Renaissance Convention Center Powai in Mumbai from 1st to 4th August will be a single platform for all multichannel marketing including traditional, interactive and futuristic channels and will give out the trends, latest news, best practices and industry insights.

DMAi has recently associated with Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) to allow companies and individuals involved in direct marketing in India to benefit from the resources and expertise of the ADMA and to ensure on the protection, promotion and development of direct marketing practices in India. This partnership is specifically done in six areas of co-operation: Education to develop and share direct marketing education programme that will develop and grow the business in respective regions, Information Resource Sharing which can be made available to their respective member bases, Conference, Seminars and other programmes to promote and support the development of subject matter and event promotion, Networking and Contact Development to establish business operations in respective countries, Recognising Excellence to maintain a high standard of direct marketing practice and Member Recognition to ensure that the members receive member rates to conference, seminars and other programmes. With ADMA pioneering various activities to enhance direct marketing practices, it would be ideal to bring in the learning and ADMA's expertise to India.

ADMA is the most evolved and active direct marketing association which indulges into education and advocacy with the ultimate aim of producing enlightened and responsible direct marketing to consumers. The direct marketing global Convention will be an ideal platform to share ADMA's proficiency in building and developing the direct marketing community with Indian and other international companies attending it.

The DMAi 2012 convention will be an integrated forum to bring all direct marketing channels on a single platform that highlights the emerging trends. Over 100 Indian and International companies like Cannon India, Maxbupa, Phillips, Webisdom, Harte Hanks, Marketdata_G2, IBM US, Pitney Bowes; will be seen participating in the convention with great enthusiasm. It will serve as a perfect platform for companies, brands and agencies to learn effectively to integrate multiple channels including digital and social, capitalize on the infinite array of channels, data messaging, and media to create relevant real-time dialogue with customers, connect with hundreds of solution providers and build the social and professional network.
