Ever wondered how love works? How do you know it is the right person? Can two people, who are logically totally wrong for each other, find eternal happiness together? That's the funny thing about love; it can happen to anyone, in the most unusual circumstances and usually when you least expect it. And this is exactly what 'Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha', the new show on COLORS is all about...an interesting... love story. This light hearted saga of the emergence of a complicated relationship between a single mother who has no intention of being a bride again and a self centered bachelor who runs miles away from marriage or commitment. 'Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha' premieres on January 9th 2012, Monday to Friday at 10:30 pm only on COLORS.

Talking on the launch of the show, Prashaant Bhatt the Fiction Head of COLORS said, “COLORS has always provided its viewers wholesome entertainment and set trends with new concepts. After the success of Balika Vadhu, Uttaran, Sasural Simar Ka, Parichay & Veer Shivaji we are kick-starting the New Year with a slice of the life, light hearted show. As strained marital relationships and frequent heartbreaks become the norm in this age of 'fast forward love', Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha focuses on an unusual story of two unlikely people in unlikely circumstances. Life is what happens when you are busy planning other things. Sometimes the best communication between two people is silence. The show takes on a prime time slot of 10.30 pm that is occupied by Bigg Boss Season 5 and we are sure that the story will strike a chord with the viewers thereby further building the weekday slot.

Based in Indore, this slice of life  story introduces viewers to two very interesting characters, Mrs. Vyas, a single mother of two kids who tries to get through her life putting on a brave face as a widow, housewife and a dutiful daughter in law; and Mohan a carefree young bachelor who lives for himself, is self centered and is happy being a crime reporter. The story takes the viewers on a journey of these two diverse personalities with different ideologies and lifestyles and how fate orchestrates their lives in such a way that they are perpetually pitted against each other. The most interesting aspect regarding her children Nanhi and Shlok in the show is the fact that they really love their mother and will do anything to bring a little happiness into her life. So in their own way, they try to devise ways to bring some hope into their mother's life and go as far as placing an ad in the matrimonial column of a newspaper!

The show, along with the promise of a fresh and interesting story, also has a very exciting star cast in the lead. Kunal Karan Kapoor who is portraying the male lead Mohan takes on an interesting character after his past experience of donning the hat of a college kid, army aspirant to name a few. Meanwhile, Mrs. Vyas, played by Aakanksha Singh has been chosen after much deliberation and research on the character sketch of a widowed mother who puts on a brave face for her children and the world. Ashnoor Kaur as Nanhi and Videsh as Aditya will be a total delight to watch. Other prominent characters in the show include veteran actor Anjan Srivastav, ace TV stars Madhuri Bhandiwdekar, Madhuri  Sanjeev , Rinku Karmarkar and Neelu Kohli, taking turns at adding newer twists, keeping the audience guessing on what's next!

Speaking further about the show Sudhir and Seema Sharma of Sunshine Productions said, "Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha is not a story that defies belief, rather something that makes you smile in the shared relatedness. The characters are well etched out and even the smallest character adds value to the narrative. The lead protagonists essayed by Kunal Karan Kapoor and Aakanksha Singh are faces that not only suit the character but also as actors they have superior grasp on their craft and can essay subtle emotions with ease."
