Jagran Prakashan appoints COO for Jagran Solutions

Pawan Bansal of Jagran Engage given additional charge of experiential marketing wing as COO

In a move to further fuel the growth of its experiential marketing wing, Jagran Prakashan Ltd has appointed Pawan Bansal as Chief Operating Officer of Jagran Solutions. A veteran in the Jagran Group, Pawan continues to lead the group's OOH division foray Jagran Engage and responsible consolidating the group's presence in the sector. He takes over the additional charge of Jagran Solutions as COO. Over the years, he has worked in multiple capacities in operations and business development across multiple sectors in India.

Announcing Pawan's appointment, Shailesh Gupta, Director Marketing, JPL said, “The Activation segment is an important business vertical from the Jagran stable, with Pawan's  multi dimensional experience and his ability to create unique and innovative customer solutions he will propel Jagran Solutions to the next level of growth. Having had an exposure across diverse businesses, Pawan's strong leadership skills and experience will strengthen Jagran Solutions positioning and will help in further consolidating its position amongst the best activation agencies in the country.” He would continue to lead the OOH business as well.

An alumnus of FMS BHU and Kanpur University, Pawan has previously worked with Castrol , Bausch & Lomb and Rave Entertainment. He has a vast understanding of sales, marketing, Multiplex and OOH  industries.
