National Housing Bank invites agencies for empanelment

National Housing Bank (NHB) has invited applications from INS accredited advertising agencies for empanelment. The agencies should be able to execute, among other services, multimedia, multilingual and awareness programmes. They are expected to be released in major newspapers, magazines and television channels all over the country at short notice.

The last date for submission of applications is October 14, 2011.

NHB also uses brochures, pamphlets and other modes of communications. To cater to such requirements, ad agencies should have good infrastructure, preferably in those centres where the bank has its offices. The bank organises events from time to time. The agency may be asked to look after managing both international and national events as well.

The shortlisting will be done on the basis of a two stage criteria. First, the bank will shortlist agencies on the eligibility criteria. Shortlisted agencies will have to make a presentation on the creative strategy on a given subject for a given budget. The final selection of agencies for empanelment will be done on basis of creative presentation.

NHB has been established to promote a sound, healthy, viable and cost-effective housing finance system to cater to all segments of the population and to integrate the housing finance system with the overall financial system. It is headquartered in Delhi and has offices in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Lucknow and Ahmedabad.
