The all encompassing smartphone has emerged as the most important technology gadget today. From basic functions such as making calls and sending SMSs, mobile devices today let consumers connect to social networks, make HD films while giving access to thousands of utility and entertainment apps on the move. So is that it? Or will smartphones let consumers explore new possibilities in the future?

Nokia has provided a peek into what smartphones could let consumers control in the future. The 'What can you control with the Nokia N8' roadshow was unveiled by Bollywood actor Gisselle Monteiro in New Delhi on 22nd July, 2011. As part of the roadshow, Nokia showcased the power of Nokia N8 by setting up mini racing experiences zones at the DLF Promenade in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and Inorbit Mall, Mumbai. The activity was carried out till 24th July.

At these zones, mini model cars were controlled using Nokia N8 through an app, providing consumers a real life motion sensor gaming experience.
