As a digital agency, with a robust CRM foundation, Digitas India leverages expertise in five core areas: strategy and planning, content and creative, technology, media, and analytics and CRM. Digitas India with 100+ digital experts is a critical operation within the agency's global infrastructure and business development goals.

Solutions India will focus on leading-edge marketing services, which is digital & technology enabled.

“The market in India is approaching a technology tipping point, and digital services will increasingly become an in-demand expertise,” said Beringer. “Digitas India is a strong digital and CRM agency with marquee local and multinational clients, backed by the global capabilities of the Digitas network.”

Kanika Mathur has been named the President of Digitas India, reporting to Vincent Digonnet, President of Network Operations, APAC, Digitas.

“Our digital communication in India has reached a point where it needs to be focused in a specific and specialized entity to deliver the results expected by both our multinational and national clients,” said Digonnet. “By officially declaring the purpose and focus of Digitas India, we are further strengthening our network offering and establishing a clear accountability to ourselves and our clients. Furthermore we already are one of the top three digital agencies in the market in size, and we need to start being recognized as such.”

Mathur adds, “We expect a 30-40% year-on-year digital spending growth in India. It's an exciting time for our industry and we are prepared to meet the challenges and champion the opportunities that come with being in a dynamic and growing digital market.”
