Star Plus, Colors and Zee TV maintain status quo

SAB narrows the gap with Sony according to the latest TAM data released for the week 20.

The leading Hindi General Entertainment Channels have managed to retain their TRPs this week where the top 3 channels, Star Plus, Colors and Zee TV have added together added 6 GRPs. Sony is the only Hindi GEC losing a few GRPs in the week 20 of TAM 2011.

India's No.1 Hindi general entertainment channel Star Plus has maintained the status quo in the 20^th week of TAM 2011 as compared to the last week and recorded 325 GRPs (last week 324).

The second most watched Hindi GEC Colors has added a few GRPs to record 226 GRPs this week (last week 221).

The No.3 Hindi GEC Zee TV has seen no change in its viewership data this week and remained at 183 GRPs (183 GRPs last week).

Sony Entertainment Television is the only Hindi GEC to lose eyeballs in the week 20 of TAM 2011. The channel has recorded 144 GRPs this week (last week 150).

By adding 10 GRPs this week, SAB has narrowed the gap with Sony. The channel has garnered 131 GRPs this week (last week 121).

There is no change recorded for the No.6 player Imagine TV also which remained at 64 GRPs in 20^th week (last week 64).

Star One has garnered 40 GRPs (last week 34). Sahara One is at 28 GRPs (last week 26).
