Cheil Worldwide SW Asia beefs up Interactive team

Appoints Chandrashekhar B. Mhaskar as GM while Manav Narula returns to the fold as CSD in the Interactive team.

Cheil Worldwide SW Asia has beefed up its Interactive team in India.

The move is in sync with Cheil's emphasis on providing integrated services to its clients with new age ideas and solutions. The news comes close on the high heels of other high caliber appointments at Cheil in the recent months.

The agency has a new General Manager in Chandrashekhar B. Mhaskar who has joined from Dun & Bradstreet and Manav Narula who returns to the agency as Client Services Director.

Chandrshekar's aim is to be a Digital Evangelist- one who is constantly challenging himself to apply his interests and experience in producing leading-edge technology and information solutions with a concern for human factors and user experience.

Prior to joining Cheil, Chandrashekhar, was heading Dun & Bradstreet's Digital Marketing team for India. He has also worked as Digital Head for OgilvyOne. He has been a recipient of the Yahoo Big Chair and has also been awarded at IDMA, Abbys and the Emvies. Career brands include American Express, Nokia, Jet Airways, British Airways, HLL, Perfetti Van Melle, Levi's, Kotak Securities, ICICI Bank, Sony Pictures, Johnson & Johnson, Castrol, and Reliance among others

Manav, returns to Cheil from Religare Technova. Extremely adept at analytical and problem solving skills Manav honed his skills during his first stint at Cheil and prior to that at Indiatimes where he had led the creation of product roadmap to add new capabilities to Indiatimes Shopping in addition to other innovations in both the online and offline space.
