Speaking on the occasion Harsha & Anita Bhogle said, “We launched our book 'The Winning Way – Learning's from the sport for managers' in the company of stars from the sports and corporate world. It's amazing how analogies from sport are so relevant even to those in business, apart from sport being involving and highly motivating. If we were to some up “The Winning Way” in a sentence it would be that you win if you become the best you possibly can - And often that's enough to make you a winner.”
Sport has the power to move nations. And sporting champions have always been inspirational figures, since winning and losing are most visible and defined on the sports field
Contrary to popular perception ability is not a major distinguishing factor in success, especially as the level of competition increases. But if you combine your ability with the right attitude and the passion to excel, you too can become the best that you can be. That is the universal formula for winning that The Winning Way explores. For Anita and Harsha Bhogle, this book marks the completion of 300 successful corporate workshops of The Winning Way that they run.
