    sir , i have a complain against hot spot mobicare , rojari garden i purchase a mobile nokia 6300 form hot spot last year , and get one year extra warrient extra payment schem of hot sopt . after some time it damag , according to hot spot schem if mobile damag then they return half of money to customer, i deposited my damag mobile with all item on 30/09/2010 , they said with me one month they give me half of maney ( credit note )which is approx. 3500 , but i don't get any thing . i call him but they not attend my phone ( sorav - 9560099584 ), pls help me my job sheet no. 351973038638405 and my contact no . 09050519558

    sir, i have a complaint against spice jet filght and its management at kolkatta airport. i took 4 of their different flights and the management over there specially a guy named as Amit Banik at kolkatta airport behaved in an unexpected and unacceptable manner. he misbehaved wid me,use foul langugae and due to his careless ness i missed my flight. i have boarded there 4 flights- pune-guwahati,guwahati-agartala,agartala-kolkatta and kolkatta-pune.on 12th april,2011 i was having spiecjet flight from agartala-kolkatta at 4-5pm and at 5pm when i reached at kolkatta airport amit banik doesn't allow me to take the boarding pass and misbehaved wid me. i missed my flight and even those spice jet people didn't refund the amount for that same reservation also. this kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable from such an airline. pls try to help me out if you can.

    Sir, I have purchased a acer laptop from nehru place. with in 6 months, i have faced several problems such as function keys not working, number keys not working, usb not working, sound problem etc. i shown the laptop at acer's service centre at laxmi nagar. they have rejected to attend the complaint FOC. they have given me the estimate of Rs. 11000/-. again i have shown it to their Lajpat Nagar Service centre gain they have refused by giving an estimate of Rs. 15000/- while the cost of the laptop was 23000/-. what should i do. it was purchaseed in the month of april 2010. we have shown the laptop to both the centres in the month of january 2011 and march 2011. Please HELP.

    sir, i have a complain against Volkswagen das auto i purchased a vento car [desil] from frontier auto world mahroli road gurgaon on dated 11/12/10. on dated 26/01/11 i got an accident.on dated 27/01/11 i gave it to repair to Volkswagen workshop sec-57 wazirawad gurgaon.they gave me 2 month time for complete repair of my car but till yet date they don't repair it & they don't attend my phone calls . i went to vw workshop 4 times but each time they say that they repair it within few days .now they are saying it take near about 20 day. sir please help me. my car reg.no HR36P-5822 and my contact no.9466212498.

    Dear sir, I am using Idea Prepaid Connection Mob No. 9891176943, I have requested to discontinue GPRS services under request no 15078549712 dated 16-04-2011,But services still continue till date 29-04-2011, and are charging me at rate which even custmer care person unable to explain.     sir please help me.I have a complaint against SBI branch gwalior madhya pradesh. my husband is having an account in SBI, on 11 of november 2010 he used to withdraw his money amount 15000 from SBI atm situated at 'bada' in my city gwalior, he couldn't found any money from there then he called up the guard over there and told him about the problem he was facing that time, guard checked the machine and told him that the machine is left with no money you go and withdraw money from another atm, afterwards he went to another atm and withdrawl rs 15,000 .but when he checked the reciept, he saw that he was left with the amount with the deduction of rs 30,000.then he went and complaint about this stuff to the bank near 'bada' there they told my husband to go to 'jayendra gunj 'located SBI . afterwards 'jayendra gunj 'located SBI people told them not to worry this is some what a regular mistake to face . you will get your money in your account back after 3-4 days.but when he didn't get any money after 3-4 days then he gave a written complaint to the SBI manager at jayendra gunj, to which he dismiss the complaint after 15 days and said that you have withdrawl your money, go and complaint to police.then he complaint it to police nither police helped us nor the bank.we havn't get our money. please help us out , whatever would be your sujjestion please mail me.also i am having all the papers regarding this stuff and the videos provided by bank of atm too.

    Sir, I have deposited Rs 35000 for registration and hostel fee for seeking the admission in M.B.A.of my son in the INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY vansankary Bangalore. when I visited the institute for admission I found that the INSTITUTE is not approved by AICTE and not affiliated for M.B.A.to the BANGALORE UNIVERSITY as claimed their brocher and website.when i request to refund the money ,the institute refund only Rs 20000 after one year.Balance Rs 15000 is refusing to refund. In this connection I humbly request you to kindly help me to refund the balance mony.

    I had purchased my micromax Q5fb on 23rd april 2010.Icame across the problem of track ball twice- thrice at that time I got it done from maxcom mobile center thane(charai), but this time again there was the problem of track ball , it stopped working completely. I gave it for servicing in the same service center on 22nd april 2011.It was still in warrenty.my Job order no.is 1624978.They told me to contact them after 15 days.When I called them the said that the spare parts are not available.Now it in 1 month and above now they are not receiving my call and the service center is also closed from last 2 weeks.I have also placed a complaint in the customer care my complaint no. is 2305110067. now I am not getting proper response from there.nor I have any information of my phone .

    sir, hereby i want to lodge a complaint against LG taht i bopught a lg split ac on 12 april 2010.on 9 april 2011 I registered a complaint regarding cooling problem of ac as its cooling was not working.After that they sent service engineer and he checked and did the needful.but it was not effectively.So i again complaint and this time service engineer told that compressor is not working so it had to be changed. After three or four times complaining they changed the compresor of ac.Again it was not enough and cooling was only upto 28 degree.Again i complain regarding this then service center started pretend that it is too hot tahts why Ac is not working.now what should do as i am very puzzeled.So plewasehelp me.     Sir/madam, Maine MADURAI KAMARAJ UNIVERSITY se JUNE 2010 me MCA kiya hai.Mujhe mili final year ki marksheet me Maxm. marks ka sum 2200 hona chahiye jiski jagah par 3400 print hai.iske liya maine apni marksheet study centre director ke dwara university ko bhej di thi jo mujhe ab tak sahi hokar wapas nahi mili.Maine university ko kai baar call kiya aur centre director se baat ki lekin dono ne hi ssaf ssaf baat batane se hi inkaar kar diya.Aap meri help kijiye taaki mera future barbaad hone se bach jaye.

    Respected Sir I had applied for the Housing Loan to LIC Housing Finance Co., Swarget, Pune. The same was sanction in the month on March 2011 for which they have issued cheque in March. Eventually the cheque was laying with their agent for two weeks then reached to me after that in transit i lost it some where in the house. I was about to inform regading loss of cheue to LIC Hos. Fin but found it in the month of May. So i deposited the same in bank and the money was trasfered on 6th May 2011 actually. But through my account statement it reveils that one installment of Rs. 27575/- was already gone though ECS facility to LIC Hos. Fin. when even i was not received money. for me indiviudly it is hugh anount and unberable. How they can take such installment when money was not trasfered to my account. It is unfare on my part to give them installment without taking loan money actually. My LIC Housing File no is 507927, when i enquired they said we can give you transfer money back we consider it as installment when i said how can u take installment without giving me / trasfering loan amount to my account they said there no way to refund such taken installment.     Sir/Madam, i have a complain against Reliance Digital (Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201010). I had purchased an inverter (UPS of Hyundai & Battery of Luminious) (Invoice Number: 008770, Purchase date: 21 june 2010). Within this time of one year i had locked complaint 4 times. FIRST COMPLAINT: Just after installation the Inverter did not worked and the installation tecnitian confirmed that there is an issue with the inverter. I locked a complaint to Reliance digital (Note: THEY DO NOT PROVIDE COMPLAINT NO. FOR INVERTER). I had to take several follow up with them and after one week a technitian visited and replaced a part and resolved the issue. SECOND COMPLAINT: In month of Nov2010 I again had trouble with this inverter. This time the reliance digital technician said that the battery is BAD and will be replaced by Luminious. The Luminious tech. said that this battery is already out of warranty and Reliance Digital sold you a wrong product. Then after a long follow up of 1.5 months by me with Reliance Digital & Luminious persons the battery was replaced. THIRD COMPLAINT: On 4-June-2011 the inverter went down again and after several follow-up atlast on 8-june-2011 a technician visited and he replaced the Motherboard. I was not at home, only my wife & mom were at home that time. The tech got the visit paper signed by them. Then My wife asked him about the issue then he said that Mother board was replaced. My mom asked that did u replaced it with a new one then he said that "No we never replace it with a new one and this is recycled one". When i got to know this I called Reliance Digital on the same day and told them the same,and asked the executive to let me talk to their manager "Mohit Modi" but he said that "he is on weekly off, but i will investigate the same and will get it done and give you a callback". On 9-june-2011 i again called them and explained the issue again and i got the same reply again. But no updates on the issue. On 13-June-2011 (today) the inverter went down again. FOURTH COMPLAINT: On 13-June-2011 (today) the inverter went down again. Then i called Reliance Digital again and they said that this will again take 3 to 4 working days to get it fixed. Then i went to Reliance Digital Outlet and met MOHIT MODI and asked them about the old part complaint and why they cant fix this issue today and why they cant provide me a permanent solution then HE MIS-BEHAVED with me and my Father (who is a diabitic patiend and recently gone through a By-Pass Surgery). PLEASE HELP ME TO GET A PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR THIS. I AM IN A DEEP TROUBLE. PLZ HELP. My contact no 9717994903

    Sir, I purchased one mobile from mobile store in january. I went there to purchase sony phone. but a guy from mobile store(Syed) told not to purchase that mobile and recommended another one from motorola which was ver 1.6 android phone. He said within a month you can upgrade this phone to 2.1 or higher version. I asked him if he was sure. He told there is no doubt about it..I purchased that mobile and waited for expected time. I tried to contact Motorola customer care in Feb, and I was completely shocked, They told this mobile is not upgradable at all. I contacted Mobile store and told them the story. They said we have never said the upgrade would be available in 2 or 3 months it may take 1 year. I said I am ready if you can assure me I can upgrade it after 1 or may be 2 year but the phone is not at all upgradable to any of the version. They said we can't do anything in that, you can write emails to higher authorities. I did that as well and never heard from them. I went to mobile store once again and asked the email or mobile number of the area manager. he's fully aware of the issue and whenever I try to call him, never pick up the call and disconnect it. This manager was already there when I went there first time. Now I have a phone which I can't even use properly as most of the software in the market doesn't support older version. I paid 16K for that mobile. I purchased 2 more for my friends. Now I am nowhere, Please help!!!

    DEAR SIR mere father ne L.I.C sector-1 noida branch se ek money back policy 1991 me lee thi policy 2011 me mature hooni thi but 2/10/2010 ko mere father ko ghar par hi electric shock lag gaya hum serious condition me papa ko fortis hospital le gye docters ne treatment diya but after 1hour death declare kar diya hospital staff ne accidental case ki wajah se police ko bulaya police ne normal panchnama bhar kar postmartem karwa kar punchnama aur postmartem ki report ki ek copy hume de report ki copy mene LIC office me submit kar di but LIC wale mujhe accidental claim nahi de rahe hai so pls tell me ki me kya karu pls help me my contact no .9999886013

    sir mene sony ericsson ka phon w150yando ghaziabad u.p se purchase 5 aprel 2011 ko kiya tha ye mobil 15 day sahi chalne ke bad dad ho gaya company nae three time mobil ka board chang kar diya fir bhi same problam hai lakin company mobil chang karne ko mana kar rahi hai 45 day ho chuke hai mobile company ke pass he hai sony cair mein 10-15 bar call kar chuka hun wo har baar 2-3 day kehte hai mai 12 time sony cair ja chuka hu company se koi rasponce nahi hai pls halp me sir my co.no.09997579691 jobe sit no. se31148110494

    Hi i manish thakur bought a NOKIA E-5 Mobile Bill no 16113 dt 23.12.2010 Rs 10.000 From M/S chadha mobile Pvt ltd Phagwara gate,near bhagat singh chowk Jalandhar City & its IMEI no is 354859040896145 the problums is,set is stop working after 10 day from date of purchase i visit shopkeepar but they refuse & suggest me visit Nokia service center ,after visit nokia service center they give me manual job sheet & update sotware of the handset ,but i face same problum after some day ,,nokia service center update my handset 5 time under same job sheet . at last set is dead in feb 2011., after set is dead,,set send to nokia Head office by service center & after 10 days they give me my set with new IMEI354859040903685 ( inner body without battery & cover changed by company as per service center ) but after some time in 3rd may set is again dead & I visit nokia service center & service center opinion is the set send again Head office & collect after 10 day & jobsheet no is 177433527/110504/10 at Mobile clinic shop no 4 green mart complex Model town road ,JALANDHAR CITY on 7th may I drop a mail (attached) to Nokia customer care my whole problem but they refuse (attached answer ), after 19 days on 21st may afternoon nokia service center provide me my handset with new IMEI no 352023049109388 & assure there are no problem face u by nokia in future, but , after some hours in evening on 21st may I face problem in display of handset (Red & black lines on display ). because 22nd is Sunday on 23rd may I visit again nokia service center but there are no satisfactory answer by service center & they give me manual job sheet no 177433527/110523/37 & there are no standbye set provide me by service center in whole session & I lodge Telephonic complaint at nokia service center no 30303838( that I want to leave this set & kindly refund my money ) & complaint no is 1-11660498931 But there are no positive response by company at present my Handset at nokia service center.company want to give me my old many time repaired set but I want refund from company.     Subject: Complaint against SAS Hyundai, Lucknow Sir, I AMARJEET SINGH CHAWLA bought a car HYUNDAI I20 on 13 April, 2011, from SAS Hyundai (Dealer), Lucknow.The sales representative Mr. Sashi Kant & General Manager Mr.Saurab mittal these two people are not responding to commitment made by them. Since, last 3 months I have not received my car registration papers and car number. I have fulfilled all the formalities regarding registration and number and paid the said amount by the sales representative Due to these unfulfilled formalities I am not able to use my car as you know the Indian police rules & regulation.     13 july'11 dear sir i have complaint against DELL.i purchased Dell studio14 laptop(tag no. 3x9y6bs) in last September. it did not work properly even for a month.Firstly the fan stopped working due to which it started getting overheated,then the LAN port and then the CD drive stopped working. Evrytime when I call to DELL for support and services, they take a long tine to respond to my problems.in a span of few months three technicians came but they did not resolve my problems. they simply give me a new case no. everytime detecting new hardware problems.I have wasted my valuable time on this laptop yet the problem is not resolved. the company people are not responding well to my complaints and waste my time. kindly help me. thanking you in anticipation. chetna

    Dear sir, i have a complain against sony ericsson and the spice communication,(outlet 1: shop no. 112-113,MAIN MARKET SEC 14, GURGAON-122001) I purchased a mobile sony ericsson w200i from above mentioned shop on 26 jan,2011.they gave one year warranty.after some time my phone was affected by a problem due to it can not be switched on. when i went to the service center they checked my cell phone and said that,"company had closed this model is before your purchasing and now we are not able to give service of this set and you should have to return it to the shopkeepar. and when i meet to shopkeepar he said that i gave u the bill(cash memo) and its the duty of company to provide you the service.i again went to the service center and the same thing was repeated that the shopkeeper is responsible for this matter.after that I went back to the the shop and they again deny me to do anything and suggest to go towards consumer court. I have my bill with warranty but no service was provided to me till now. I am a student. i heared about u from my friend that u will help everybody who is suffering from these type of problems. plz help me. my mobile no.9467718946. with a big hope.......

    I place my order through indiatimes.com on 24th may 2011 for 3 blackberry mobiles. Till date I have received only 1 handset ,customer care says that they don’t have service at Amravati,so I have made the necessary change and ask then to deliver my product @ Nagpur,still they fails. In between I have called them many times, no proper reply, no proper service, they are launching complaints for themselves only coz after doing this they get the time limits. On 12th July 2011 I called them they told me that they are going to cancel my order and going to refund my remaining amount within six working day, even today they don’t bother me to call I only call then to check the status, with very brave heart they again launch compliant no 230047 and ask me for wait more 3 working day.     Dear Sir/Mam, I've purchased Hp pavilion dv6 2005 ax , AMD Laptop. S.no.CNF9392ZNG, on 6/2/2010 costing Rs.48500 from perfect computer service, Srinagar Garhwal Uttarakhand. I've been facing problems Since the beginning from this piece in the very first week which are thermal and poor battery backup problem. (The battery performance was just one hour even though it is six cell battery). Whenever i complained to the dealer to change the piece in the beginning he refused. During may it was sent to hp customer care for afore mention problems. It took m ore than a month and only thermal problem was solved not the battery problems, then during January 2011 it was again send for battery problems and then new battery was provided but then again thermal problem occurred . And it started turning off itself again and again after even one hour of use .then in may it completely shut off and i send it back and its been two months they are telling me I've to change motherboard costing 16000-18000. Plz try to solve my problem as soon as possible as many exams are going on and living in a small town don't have any other facility to prepare for them and totally dependent on Internet.

I purchase this product on dated 10th dec 2010 Mr Nitin sales executive committed regarding sales & service facility on dt.9th.dec-2010 that time they suggested after using 1500.liter water then you have only change the filter not whole kit. And one more interesting commitment given by Mr Nitin that he will PROVIDE LIFE TIME KIT to us till we are waiting for above said kit. After 3 month we have only used approximate 500 litre water then we continuously approach to Mr Nitin by phone but no response till 13h april .then same day i lunch complaint on mumbai sales and service dept. till date nobody has attended this complaint. Then raise the second complaint on 27th April. Second day on 28th April one service people came and replace the whole kit insist of filter and they have charge Rs 580. And this technical person said after using 1500 Liter water all 3 spare must be dead . On 30th April i contact to Mr Bhagwan ( territory off)regarding complaint he committed that he will solve the problem within 24 hours but till date problem is running he has given fake commitment. And no result comes out . 29th April we have contact to Mr Pratik soni but he has not given answer on mobile. On 4th June personally Mr Pratik Soni meet that time he remind me i not pick your mobile on 29th April because he was driving a vehicle. Please Imagine from 29th April to 4th June where is Mr Pratik Soni?... 21st June we have contact to Mr Javed ( Cust care) and on 22nd june he has given appointment for solving this problem at ahmedabad on 25th june but till date where is Mr Javed Again fake commitment given by him. I do not understand such a multinational company HLL is spoiling the IMAGE into the market for by selling a product of Rs 3200/- only.( Negligible amount ). Since from 4th june we are not using This machine. Our request to pehradhar customer cell to solve our problem early and intimate to M/s Hindustan Lever Concern department to refund our money because we do not continue with HLL .... .If we will not get satisfactory result shortly then we go for next step to civil court and all expense recover from HLL.     Sir, I bought a HP Pavilion D6 Laptop on 1st Jan 2011 from Secant Technologies, Aarti Chowk Ludhiana. There was an offer from HP for three days for a gift coupon for Titan watch worth Rs 3000. I had fill in the data on the website & after that put a mail to the given address giving them the details of the purchase which was to be completed by 31st jan. I did the same on 11 th Jan 2011. But no reply was received for the same. Dealer told me that the same will be recieved in a months time. When no reply was recieved in Feb also I again contacted the dealer. He gave me another e-mail address where I forwarded the same mail. Inspite of reminders no reply was received from them. I have contacted the dealer sevaral times but no response is recieved. Now the person who sold me the laptop has left the job & he is saying that he cannot do anything. He will give me another email address & I shall put a mail.     Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a BlackBerry 9700 Bold 2 mobile handset from online shop named Indian Gifts Portal (www.indiangiftsportal.com) The mobile was delivered in the 3rd week of june and by the 2nd week of July, it started showing its mal-functioning. The handset is a defective piece with its keys not working and the set getting switched off multiple times in a day. I raised a complaint to the online shop customer care and they assured to provide a new handset. Its been about 2 weeks, but there is no action from their end. Everytime I ask for an update, I get another set of assurrances and a few calls regarding the replacement of the handset. But the replacement never happened and i see no scope in the near future. The blackberry phone is acting just like a waste product in my house and is of no use currently. There seems no way to get out of this situation, so I ask for your help.     Dear Sir/Madam, My shelf Manish Sharma brought a Washing Machine (Company Brand Whirlpool MODEL: 801) Dated 03/11/2010(Having Warranty period of 1 Year). It got defected after six months or so. we register complaint with customer care of whirlpool. they sended their engineer on 24-06-11 and he charged a sum of 80 rupees for a defective part saying it is not covered under warrany and is chargeable. After 15 days or so it again got defected and stop working. we again lodge a complaint  to whirpool customer care, again engineer comes on 26-07-11, and charges us a sum of 400 rupees for a defective part, but machine is not yet working properly. We complaint again and again, and they kept us telling that we send engineer. But, no body is coming and hearing our problem. Sir kindly help me out from this problem. I have a idea prepaid no 9911975445.I called my friend after 11 on 1st july for that balance should deducted from my idea night minute.But Rs 54 had deducted from my main account.After complaint,i got a call from idea said that idea charged as OUTGOING ROAMING.How is that possible as i was at home,n 1 time phone disconnected n balance was deducted from my idea minute.But when i called again,charge was deducted from my main account as outgointg roaming.I has been complaining regarding network problem since last 1.5 years but nothing has improved. I want to credit my balance in my account n improve network.

I never asked for any service to activate still these service get activated automatically, and when I called customer care they say that "You only asked to activate these services" but never asked the same. This had happen many times, and every time I asked to deactivate these services and I have to bear unnecessary burden. I don't know why this is happening again and again.

    Sub: Claim for interest of my policy which was incorrectly sold Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that I have taken a policy from HDFC Bank Ranchi Branch (policy no:12961539,premium amount:500000) in the name of my sister "MRS Archana Garodia",the name of that policy was SAP (Saving Assurance Plan) ,at the time of selling I have been misguided by the bank staff of HDFC BANK, I was told that I have to pay only one time & I will be getting 10-12% return & lock in period is 3 yrs ,but after one yr I came to know that its a traditional plan with 10 yr premium payment & 10 yr lock in . Later on I notify the same problem to the HDFC Bank branch manager "MR KUMAR ABHISHEK", firstly he ignore the fact but later on when I came out with the proof then he introduce some one called "MR VIJAY MISHRA" of HDFC SLIC Ranchi branch to look after this matter .After so many follow up finally I got policy amount back after one & half year with an apology letter from HDFC SLIC regarding miss selling of policy from HDFC Bank. There after I made a claim to the HDFC SLIC Mumbai head Office for the loss of interest for the period of one & half years ( 12/6/09-31/12/10) , but the company refused to make the interest claim saying “ proposal Form is an interest free deposit” Since the company had made a miss sell so its liable to make the interest as well as mental harassment caused to me due to companies such action. He told that due to the installation of both the Geysers’ on terrace the water pressure is very low. On his advice I lifted my 2500 litres Water Tank by heavy channels to about 10feet in height, incurring an expenditure around Rs.8000/-. After doing so for the next 15days both the geysers’ were ok. On the 16th day again both the Geysers’ stopped working, now on repeated complains no one was attending and the call center only promised that the concerned Keshav enterprise will look in the matter within next 3 days. After next 10 days I was fed up and was forced to source the higher authorities namely Mr.Johri Senior in Charge and then Mr.Taylor the Senior most in charge, who promised that the matter will be resolved. On the contrary Mr.Johri visited the place and found that one of the geyser was malfunctioning hence got the geyser replaced. Again after few days both the geysers’ stopped functioning. On complaining several times no one took the need to attend the complaints. On sending a stern action message to Mr.Taylor he then sends Keshav Enterprise personnel to my place. Now he complained that one of the geyser is placed on the terrace needs to be shifted to 1st floor of the bath area to get the best results. This time again I incurred around Rs.2,500/- to shift gas lines and water lines near the bath area. Now for the 1st two days everything was ok, suddenly the Geyser started giving explosive sounds and hence we immediately stopped using the same. Keshav enterprise people after giving repeated complaints visited and told that the gas cylinder which is placed on the terrace area has to be now shifted to 1st floor because the liquid in the cylinder is flowing down to the geyser and it might create a big explosion. EVEN AFTER SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS SUCH A DRASTIC CONDITION CAN HAPPEN, IT’S A PITY? By the grace of god nothing happen. Now with the instruction again I incurred Rs.1,500 for shifting the gas line. Now it was around ending of February 2011 and again my both Geysers’ stopped working I gave on complaining last been on March 8, 2011 when the matter was not resolved and it was during summers when climatic condition is very hot and no one needs Gas Geysers in Ahmedabad. Recently, last month when it started raining we found that both the geysers’ are not working. I complained again on August 11, 2011 and got to know that the earlier complain has not been resolved. I was told that it has been already looked upon whereas due to summer neither I nor the service people look upon the complain. Nevertheless, I took a fresh complain number – 1108019470 dated August 11, 2011. I was informed by a message that within 3 working days my complain will be attended, till yesterdays it was not done. Nowadays, its chilly in Ahmedabad, hence without geyser its impossible to live hence once again I complained and was advised to talk to higher authorities namely, Mr.Subhash Vijay – Western Region Service Manager – Mumbai on 9769208603 – who is not contactable. Today a technician from Keshav Enterprises – Mr.Ramesh visited my place and dismantled one of the Geysers’ – checked and found that the Electronic Circuit Box has failed and the switch is also not operating for which I have to pay otherwise the geyser will won’t start. For the second geyser I was forced to take outside technician help to fix up the geyser by paying extra amount, so that at least one geyser is operational. My friend and I purchased 2 Geysers’ each. I purchase Crompton Greaves Gas Geysers’ for Lifelong service and he purchased local geysers for Rs.4,000/- and he is happy on the contrary, he is tissing me for spending more on such branded products. TELL ME THAT AFTER INCURRING Rs. 6,000/- for the Geysers’ instead of Rs.4,000/- if I have to undergo such a long hardship with no result what can a common layman do? NOW THE QUESTION IS THE KESHAV ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL has instructed me that my geyser warranty is for 1 year and that I have to pay for whatever extra faulty parts are been fixed by them. AM I TO PAY FOR SUCH A LONG HARDSHIP WITH NO SERVICE GUARANTEE? I have already incurred more the Rs. 2,000/- extra for a branded Geyser + Rs.8,000/- for Water Tank + Rs.2,500/- for gas and water line shifting + Rs.1,500/- + for second time shifting gas line + Rs.1,000/- Labour Charge for the second Geyser to be fixed up, apart from the initial cost of the Geysers’. Totally till date I have already spend Rs.15,000/- + Rs.6000/- = Rs 21,000/- AND still the company is informing me to spend more for whatever parts needed for the Geyser to be fixed I WANT JUSTICE . . . . The hp service center of meerut (intervo) is totally shit ,the staff sitting there are rude and when i go there they didn't respond me well ,they told me that u will come on next week ..without solving my problems...my problems are: 1- my laptop's recovery disc is not given by the shop so first of all i called to customer care they told me that u will go to your near hp center , they will make the recovery disc for you but when i told the hp center receptionist of meerut she told me about the procedure how to make the recovery disc ..and when on next week after buying dvd and doing half the work of recovery i go there(hp center) and told that mam will u please check my incomplete recovery disc without asking me she run the disc and my whole data is lost after that she told me we are not responsible for anything atleast 5 times ,then i called to customer care of hp for recovery disc and my loss they give me a case number- 4633602657 and this is my complain number also and told me that u will get your recovery disc within one week but till date i didn't get it..The 2 nd problem is my laptop is heated up may be due to charger problem..but the lady who is sitting there didn't solve my this problem.The thing that she did is to misguide me thats all..and i am a student and i am totally mesh up due to my data lost and i am in great shock due to that lady behaviour because such type of behavior by hp and their employees (ie customer care and service center) not at all acceted ..my laptop is in warranty but how to shortout my problems i dont know thats why i write you about my problem . plz try to help me out if you can.I have a great faith in you guys!! my contact no is 09456204101. this laptop is now become headache for me.

    Dear Sir, I want to make a complaint against Bajaj, Here I would like to point out with the policy details that My brother is caring a policy in the name of Mr. Bodh Raj policy no. 0164595293,Bajaj allianz Family-Carefirst for which he paid on 31/03/2010 and the policy was issued on 23/04/2010, receipt for which is attached . . On 26th July 2011my niece Shagun, who is a daughter to my brother Bodh Rah(policy holder) was admitted to Sheetla Hospital & Eye Institute Pvt. Ltd.New Railway Road Gurgaon, Haryana. And it was found in her report that she was suffering from Typhoid Fever and was getting diagnosed for the same. Now, when the case was forwarded for the claim it was rejected as Shagun has fibrous dysplasia , which was not a valid reason according to us and hospital, and further a letter from the hospital is also written to the company saying that it has nothing to do with the Typhoid Fever due to which she was admitted so claim shuld be passed/settled. Then we also approached the agent who done this policy Mr. Ervinder Dhull and later Branch Manager Sector-14, Gurgaon Sudhir Sharma who showed no interest to help us.And Sudhir Sharma said that the claim can not be settled without going to court, and no further explanation was given in this regards. Then after sneding 8 mils to Amit.mehta011@bajajallianz.co.in , today I got a mail with a letter attached which says my claim can not be settled, and claim has been repudiated.     complaint no- 1. brief history of the complaint- i have purchased 3Bhk flat admisering 1242 sq ft bt area. sell agreement and stamp duty and registration done in may 2005 the agreed possesstion date was dec.2006 i have paid ful amount til june 2006. at the rate of 2000 rupees psf and builder charged rupees 300 * 1242= 3,72,600 as a black money from me. thus together i have payed so far 24 lakhs cost value plus 3,72,600 cash money(black money)together 27 lakhs 72thousand 600 which is quiet higher than the agrement value of the flat. i.e. rs-24,84,000 i do not hav any black money whatever money paid was white moneyt and i am paying income tax for last 30 yrs this is also declared prperty to the income tax dept.and value is also declared. since i am working in custom department as a senior officer he has taken into granted that i will never go to any court if he wil give me termination notice. therfore, he gave me fake termination notice stating that i am defaulter and my regestered agreement has been terminated. thereafter., i have filed a complaint in the state consumer court wide c.no.164/08 and granted a stay stating that i hav paid a substancial amount except the last instalment which is payable at the time of possesstion and he should not sell ,mordage , not to let on rent till the disposal of this case. the builder then severly hurted himself because of my complaint. now he is going on extending the dates after dates and all system of the consumer court including the judges are helping the builder and they are extending the dates and not giving me the possesstion of my flat. please help me in this matter and very much obliged. the builders name is ASHISH KULKARNI - 25262691,9821135650,9821549377.

    brief history of the complaint- i have purchased 43'inch philips projection colour t.v for rs-80,000 in the year of 2004.since begining it was a defective model and i have filed so many complaints in this regards. the technicians corrected it for time being and temporarily .at the time of purchase they have given warrenty for the period of 1 year and repairing after 1 yr on cost basis. manier times reparing work was carried out on cost they have never declared that they will not repair the set even on cost basis and they have never declared that the company will not manufacture the spare parts after some yrs.they have never declared that they will not repair the set after some yrs. bt they have always declared they will repair the set on cost. now a days since last 1yr i have logged thousands of complaints for repairing the t.v set and the company says now a days they are not manufacturing the spare parts and therfore, they will not repair the t.v set in future even on cost. my complaint is either they have to repair the t.v set , i am ready to pay the cost or they should replace this t.v set with any other t.v set or they should refund the amount.please help me in this regards i am very much obliged. thanking you. the call centre no. is 18001022929 micro services- 40538383. vijay sales- 25294622, 25294628. galaxy-25172359 thanking you .

    I had purchased a new Mahindra Rodeo on 20th of September 2010 in Ghaziabad from the showroom named " Sangam Auto Agencies" situated at G-7, Patel Nagar-III, Ghaziabad-201001,Uttar Pradesh. Ever since I have bought it, I am facing problems with it continually. After I took my first free service, my scooty got even more problematic and its battery was discharged within two days.Even after the agency people took my scooty for battery recharge , it didnt serve my purpose and they did'nt even give me any assurance that my scooty will be working better in future. When I am complaining to them about this matter they dont respond nicely. Even a few days afterwards, my scooty stopped in the middle of the road and was not showing any reading and when I called the agency people they sent their person after a long time and he told that fuse had gone down and we have no warranty for this. After a few days its engine one day started leaking which was not replaced by the agency & they told engine is not available now. I had to manage this problem by affixing M-seal on the cracked area. Again after a few days, during monsoon season its lock was very difficult to open & finally one day it got broken which was replaced with great difficulty by the agency. Not to forget there are times when the speedometer of the scooty does not show any reading & even its break becomes very loose within a few days and during winters it takes at least 6 to 7 times to start it, Not even a year has passed and I am facing one or the other problem each and every day because of this defective scooty. The agency people always tell me that this is a machine & there is no warranty for any part of it. Then why the company claims of giving two years warranty???? I was shocked by their reply and now I am totally disgusted with this scooty and poor service given by these authorised dealers. I hereby request you to take proper action against the negligency of these dealers who after getting money are least interested in hearing to the problems of the customers and please help me to get my money back as I do not want any other Mahindra vehicle in exchange. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.. Please help me resolve this problem of mine and I request the Mahindra company to give my money back at any cost.

    I have purchased KARBONN K411 mobile handset on date 15.08.2010 from reputed shop in Pune with proper invoice. Within 3 months the battery of the same stopped working. At that time I have visited the shop as the battery was within warranty period. The concern person advised me to visit to authorize service center of KARBONN mobile. Accordingly I visited to D.S. Communication in Pune & explained the problem. He registered the complain as replacement of battery & given me a copy of the complain. I have made 3-4 follow up to the center & every time I was answered as battery is out of stock. Now the service center is closed since last one & half months. I have left the hopes of the mobile. But few days before I watched CNBC AAWAZ PEHEREDAR & came to know that CNBC is helping to clients like me. I wish to have my money back as the service section of KARBONN is very weak.     Sir, As a asian paints dealer at dilshad garden with colour bank machine of asian I received a ups of microtek and after 6-7 months continuosly the UPS after 10 or 15 days not working properly.Near about one month before the expiry of guranty when i loged a complaint they came one week before the expiry and said that it needs some wires to be replaced which I have done and then the electricity goes out and they said as its not charged yet so it will surely work when after chasrging you will use it but next day it's again the sane problem we are facing .Since from the next day we loged another complaint as the same problem we are facing but nobody comes. After the expiry of guranty one person from the company checked it and said as because of expiry of guranty we have to pay for the one battery which is not working in the UPS.Noone is listening our problem so it's their fault.Please help us.     Sir, I had purchased a Tata magic van from Rajkot dealer within 1 days of purchase i found a starting problem in the vehicle.I visited the tata service centre. They said that there is a problem in the fuel pump and repairing will solve the problem. But the same problem is there in the vehicle not only that now the new problem has created and the van is not running fast. They are not replacing the defecting the defecting part and relying on repair of the vehicle.Please help me out to solve the problem.

    Hello Sir, I ajaypal singh, i recently applied for home loan in LIC but they rejected my application on the basis of cibil report. As per cibil report there is some amount arround 71000 due on my name. When i contacted cibil they told me this information is updated by cibil on the basis of information provided by the induind bank. But i never even applied or used any credit card from indusind bank. but when i contacted indus bank they are not giving me any satisifactory answer. as per bank the information in their database name is same is mine but other info is not same. now i am worried as i already paid the token money and signed off the sell agreement. please help me how i resolve this.

    Complain against unethical business practice of O2O Technologies (P) Ltd. Sir/Madam, I want your help for getting my refund from the O2O Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This company is operating in the 465, Udyog Vihar –V, Gurgaon. Also want to request you to take strict action against the fraud they have done with me and with many other people. As explain to me the O2O technologies create domain (website) for the members by taking some fees. The website have product of different brand with some discounted rates. So member has to sell the products through his/her website in lieu of getting some dealer profit which is hardly 2 to 5%. The members can also earn by adding reference (member) to his account which more like making a chain of some more members under him. In return his will get onetime reference amount of Rs 2000 as well as will get a percentage of the shopping done on the member website too. On 7 July 2011, after continuously getting the number of call from O2O representative (Mr. Sanjay Yadav) I took the plan of O2O. My domain is created with the name of http://bestdeal4u.goo2o.com/ and affiliation ID is 114097. The RO have explained me below profit of taking the plan: 1. The fees of the becoming the member of O2O plan is Rs 13340/-. 2. If I make the payment using either ICICI or HDFC credit card then whole amount will be converted into 6 month easy EMIs. 3. Each reference added to my account will return me Rs2000/- 4. On becoming member, 2 references will be provided to me as soon as my account will be active. So I will have Rs 4000/- on my account on the activation. 5. Within 20 days of activation I will be provided with 2 more references that means another Rs4000/- to my account. 6. The domain created for me will be searchable in Google search engine within 15 days of my uploading the details of domain in Google website. 7. Mass messaging and email will be done by the O2O for promotion of the product for my domain. 8. If I don’t like this business plan of O2O I can get all my amount back with the only condition that I haven’t done any financial transaction from my account. Once I made the payment and domain was created for me but to my surprise the real picture was quite different. Below are the actual things against the things stated to me. 1. The RO told me to pay the Rs12340/- from credit card and pay remaining Rs 1000/- in cash for the creation of Domain i.e my website is going to be created with “.Com” and not with “goo2o.com”. He explained me that Rs1000/- is for domain purpose and will directly deposited to admin department. So the receipt I got during filling the form of membership was of Rs 13340/- . But after activation of my account I received another receipt of Rs 12840/- only through mail which do not include Rs1000/- paid by me for the domain, and also the domain created as “goo2o.com” not as “.com” for which I have paid Rs1000/- extra. 2. As told my RO, I made payment using my ICICI credit card so that my payment could be changed to 6 months EMI. But when I received my credit card statement it was of complete amount and was not converted to EMI as promised earlier. I also contact the O2O staff but they never bother to revert to me on this and at the end I have to pay the complete amount. 3. As told by RO that each reference will add Rs2000/- in my account but in actual it was only Rs1740/-.. When I asked them about this they explained me 10% TDS was deducted along with 3% service tax, which was never told me at the time of selling the business plan. 4. In actual till day I got only one reference in my account while it was promised to be 2 reference. 5. It is almost 3 months and I haven’t got any other reference in my account except the one while I was promised for the 4 references. 6. Even I have uploaded the details my domain in Google webpage but still till date it is still unsearchable in Google search engine. 7. There is no mass messaging or mass mailing I ever had received or seen for promoting my domain. 8. When I asked about my refund they simply denied for refund and said that they don’t have any such procedure. I tried to contact the RO but his mobile is switched off. When I complain it to O2O office they never bother to reply me. I continuously called them up but every time different people talked to me and given different explanation but never come with any resolution. Even I agreed to pay the complete Credit card payment and only asked them to provide 3 more references but they never come back to me. Below are Name & Contact numbers of some of member I have talked to: 1. RO - Mr. Sanjay Yadav, they told me that they have fired Sanjay and assigned me new RO. 2. New RO – Mr. Raunak, he never picked up my phone. 3. Manager – Mr. Kaushal Tripathi (Not sure of his name but it was something like this only). 4. Legal Advisor – Mr. Handa. 5. Customer Relation Manager - Mr. Bhushan. So because of this entire misdeed I even afraid of doing any purchase from the domain as well as I am also not in position to recommend anyone to use it. Instead I would me happy if I can prevent someone falling into their pray. There are about 5 more persons whom I know being cheated by IGB technologies. I again request you to please take strict action against them by either canceling their incense or fining them if they do same with anyone else. At this point of time I don’t want to have any association with O2O technologies and just looking for your help to get my amount back.     COMPLAINT AGAINST ICICI BANK Sir/ Madam, I, Shiv Kumar Upadhyay (presently at Jagdalpur, Chattisgharh) along with my wife Deepti Upadhyay (Co -applicant) had applied for a flat in one of the scheme of Lucknow development authority (LDA) in Apl/May 2010. Lda returned application money Rs 49000 in Apl vide pay instcheque No 823558 issued by Hdfc Hazratgang Lucknow.The cheque was issued on 21/01/2011 with validity of 6 months (naturally the cheque was posted late to us) But there was one problem.The cheque was issued in favour of Shiv Kumar Upadhyay but Account No of my wife Deepti Upadhyay (Co –applicant, ICICI Account No108501500652 Jagdalpur branch) was mentioned in the cheque. We contacted local ICICI Jagdalpur branch for solution, as sending the cheque for reissue could have taken six more month, LDA being a govt organization. They said – 1. They will make the account a joint account if my wife gives consent and signs some papers, within seven days 2. They will get the cheque deposited in account and it will be incashed within 21 working days. Naturally my wife gave consent and signed all papers (we had to deposit a document to prove that I am husband of my wife, Deepti Upadhyay). After a gap of 15 days, when we inquired that our account is not being shown as joint on net, they intimated that the matter is in process and asked us to deposited the cheque, on 28 th June .We happily followed the orders. The cheque expired its validity on 21/07/2011. Till today 1. They had not made our account a joint account 2. Deposited the cheque amount Rs 49000 in the account On repeated request to bank and complain, one of their employees turned up and requested us to give an application in favour of LDA to re issue the cheque and intimated that they will get the things done through lucknow branch of ICICI and apologized for the fault. But now The bank is 1. Not listening to us 2. Not picking my phone 3. Humiliating when contacted 4. AND DOING THE WORK ALSO 5. We are losing interest on the deposit.     This is in reference to the incorrect late payment charges slapped on me by BPTP builder. I was the owner of one flat in BPTP # L-1503 ,Princess park, sector 86 , Faridabad project. Recently I sold the same. while taking no-dues/verficiation report from BPTP I came to know that I have to pay Rs 5855 as late payment charges for clearance before flat can be transferred to the buyer. I enquired with their office(Gurgaon, phase-IV, udyog vihar) customer service representative Vimal Mishra on 20th Sep and showed him all the receipts which proved that error was at their end while calculating the late payment charges. He told me to pay the charges since it was a transfer case and told me that corrected intt statement would be generated in 2-3 days and money would be refunded.It has been more than 10 days now but there is no response from their side(I can forward the mail trail communicated with them so ar). Whenever I call their customercare numbers, it goes to voice message after waiting for 10 mins. I even wrote an email to their CEO Kabul Chawla but he also did not respond. It is not a matter of money but doing business in ethical manner with correct moral values. I believe there are many more customers like me who have been suffering at their hands.     hello i am apoorva upadhyay,i bought honda activa new on 23/12/2010 from sahil honda,near 4th bridge,napier town,jabalpur-482001(m.p.) i have complaint against honda activa scooter that it's battery is making problems that within 4 MONTHS it become discharged 3-4 times and a liquid (electrolyte or distilled water or acid) is dropping through day & night from this, our floor and the paint is distroyed(vanished) of front part of scooter and because of this a hole is made in the front matel part of scooter. i complained a couple of times but they couldn't rectified the problem. ones they keep the scooter in their service center for a day for observation of scooter but couldn'd do anything. now i am very dissapointed and frustated because of honda service. they dont agree to replace the battery,though it is within its warranty period . is these are honda's custmor services? after sometime an employee named vijayandra gupta looked after my problem and said that after 1 week new dry batteries will come to their shop for replacement and will inform me but didn't do so,i called him then he said 1 week more then once after that week i went there shop he again replied that 1 week more for reaching the batteries for replacement . Mr.chitpal singh & mr. joseph & Mr.prashant dwivedi(sales executive) also have acknowledgement about my battery problem and once i asked about this from owner of the shop.After that week i called couple of times to mr. vijayendra gupta his mobile is switch off , after calling to helpline i come to know that he resigned(left) his job and i am again in the initial situation. i again went to that shop everytime they misleading me and return me from the service center. they dont show any interst in my problem and make me confused and Mr.prashant dwivedi's mobile is also always busy that i couldn'n make call.PLEASE HELP ME I AM A MIDDLECLASS STUDENT. I want to bring to your notice that the average of the vehicle in economy mode was 45 – 50 km per charge much below than that which was mentioned in the Owner’s manual (80 – 85 km per charge @ 70 kg in economy mode or 65 – 70 km per charge @ 130 kg in economy mode . I brought it to the notice of the dealer the very next day but was pacified by them by saying that it is under standard running condition and it may vary / reduce depending upon the driving conditions. The average, even after regular services, was reduced to 30 km per full charge in July 2010 (i.e. only 1 month after purchase). I again brought it to the notice of the dealer who told me that the battery (46 Ah Weaver Alfa Battery) needs recycling and it will increase service and after recycling of the battery. I got the vehicle serviced and the battery recycled by them but there was no change in the average. I again went to them, this time they told me that this is due to low voltage in my locality and I must use a voltage stabilizer for charging. I tried the same but it was also of no use. This experiment, which I was told to undertake, costed me my Servel stabilizer (Cost Rs. 4000=00) which was burnt due to spikes generated by the charger while charging. In the meantime the average reduced to 25 km per full charge in August 2010 (i.e. only 2 months after purchase). I again told the dealer to rectify my problem this time they came out with a new excuse that the charger (16 ampere) provided with the vehicle is defective and the same is not charging it properly. After much hassles I was given another charger (8 ampere). This new charger was also useless and the average went on declining to the extent of only 20 km per charge in September 2010 (i.e. only 3 months after purchase). Again I brought it to the notice of the dealer and threatened them to report the matter to District Consumer Court. At that time Mr. Abhishek Kumar was looking after the showroom and the workshop. He then got my vehicle thoroughly checked by Mr. Saurabh of Electrotherm who checked the “Ah” of the battery and found it much low. He prepared a report, forwarded it to Electrotherm in October 2010 (i.e. only 4 months after purchase). On the basis this report my battery was replaced with 46 Ah Weaver Alfa Battery in November 2010 after 5 months long mental and physical stress to me and my family. The average with this new battery in economy mode was 55 – 60 km per charge still below that claimed in the Owner’s Manual but it was solving my purpose. The average started dropping again gradually and again came 30 km per full charge in May 2010 (i.e. only 11 month after purchase and 6 months after change of the battery). This time I brought it to the notice of Mr. Abhay, who after untimely demise of Mr. Abhishek was looking after the showroom and the workshop, as well as Mr. Dinesh Sahu of Electrotherm. Mr. Abhay asked me to get the Ah of the battery checked and told me that it will be charged. I denied to pay as the vehicle was still under warranty and kept on pursuing the matter with Mr. Sahu who ultimately got my vehicle checked and found that batteries are defective and need to be replaced. An employee of Kumar Auto Sales, on the condition of anonymity, admitted that these 46 Ah Weaver Alfa Batteries are not suitable for the vehicle and need to be changed to 40 Ah batteries. He also admitted that the dealer has settled my claim with 46 Ah Weaver Alfa Battery in November 2010 which could have been settled with 40 Ah batteries. He also told that company is settling the claims with 46 Ah Weaver Alfa Battery in order to dispose off already manufactured 46 Ah Weaver Alfa Battery as the production of such defective batteries has already been stopped by the company. He also told that this YO EXL ER is a total failure so the company has also stopped manufacturing this model within a year of launch. He further told me if this time I again get 46 Ah Weaver Alfa Battery in replacement I must deny the replacement and lodge a complaint in District Consumer Court and CNBC Aawaaz Pehredaar. I told the dealer that I want 40 Ah batteries for my vehicle if not done so I will move to the Consumer Court. To my utter surprise this time the battery for replacement were 40 Ah. The batteries have been changed in my vehicle and I was happy but the shock came later when I was asked to pay 50 % cost of the batteries which is above Rs. 8000=00. I fail to understand why I am supposed to pay 50 % cost of the battery if 46 Ah Weaver Alfa Batteries are failure as evident from the companies action of stopping its manufacturing and replacing it with 40 Ah batteries. The company should also recall its total failure all YO EXL ER models which are plying on road else specify why the manufacturing of same has been stopped within a year of launch. Mine is hard earned money and I am adamant to have full value of it. Moreover, if this is the state of affair with customer like me who takes so much care of the vehicle what is to say of those who drive rough?     This is to bring to your notice that today after 8 years surprisingly I came to know that your bank has issued a credit card to me. I had never made any request or used any credit card of SC Bank and it is very strange that there was some overdue outstanding of approx 32000 on that. I would like to understand that why the bank did not try to contact his customer Who is not making payment of his dues…….from almost last 8 years even when the customer is having interaction and correspondence with your home loan department almost every month. Executive (Imtiaz) from timtara.com, has request me to deposit Rs. 15500/- in to info secure ICICI bank account no. 629405041907with the transaction no. 0260256692 by using net banking from my ICICI Bank account on dated 13/10/2011. company has confirmed me the receipt of the amount and placed the order no.10110129. immediate after 2-3 hrs they have informed me the product is out of stock and we could not deliver the same immediately, so I will have to wait for 8-10 days. after that I have regularly follow up the same and request them to cancel the order and return the money, but they are not ready to respond. when on dt. 16/10/2011, I have called to their supervisor (Raja) he request me for another option so I have given alternate option PROTON F220 Deluxe Inox finish. but again he has informed to me that they are not able to provide this product as well. when I request to refund the amount he has disconnect the call and not ready reply. after that I have called so many calls on their customer are no. 9560114499, Imtiaz on 9654861383, Mr. Raja on 9899035527 none of them ready to pick up my call.     hi i have a complaint against hyundai company ..we purchased i20 1st nov 2010 .during this rainy (july-august) season suddenly one day while driving in a bit of water level where every car was able to cross those pits ..it stopped .we have already forwarded not a single but many complaints to the hyundai center in mathura as well as to the main center in tamil nadu .they are uselessely asking for rs.3 lakhs .they kept our car for almostv 4 months during this period they didnt even informed us what the problem was ..and they kept on telling in parts that now your car's this part is damaged ...noe this now this..... we also claimed insurance co.they have done something mutually .and we are not aware of the things .till today we havent got our car back ...i hsave fully lost my trust .i dont know what they have done to our car?we need your support for this as soon as possible pleasse we are not able to do anything its been more then 4b months.

    Five to six years back I had purchased 5 of L.G. products. i.e. Refrigerator, Desktop Computer with TFT Monitor, Microwave Oven, T.V. and Washing M/c. None of these products are working in proper conditions. I have complete record with complaint Nos. etc since beginning. Some of the products had complaints from day one. They have beautiful mechanism of harassing a customer. You lodge a compliant at their call center where they will alott you a complaint no. than you will get a SMS on your Mobile and you will recieve a call from local service franchise and make visit to your place, the person coming to see the product under complaint after checking the product will say company has discontinued production of this model and parts are not available so either make a habit of living with the deffective product else go an buy new one. Thereafter you get another message on your mobile that Service not required by customer, complaint closed, and one more mechanised SMS If you are happy with service of L.G. type Y else type N, if you type N than this continues....... For the last 5-6 years I am doing this and have complained at all levels but they are shameless creature no one senior has till date any time felt to visit or talk or take any action. I am a retired middle class person and can not afford to buy this kind of use for a year and through products. I have complete record of complaints. Can you help and expose such companies who are dumping such products in very large poor population country India.My mobile no 09425062048.

    respected sir, we purchased from HOMESHOP18 a SAMSUNG ES-28-12 MP digital camera dated 21/10//2010.After some time the camera screen is not clear,when we comlaint to homeshop18 they suggested us to go samsng service station.they called this is manufactueruring defect and come to us after 3-4 days.after 4 days service station want Rs1500 for reparing, after compaining to homeshop18 they also suggested us to repare the camera for Rs1500,without charges it will nt be repared, But the warranty of the camera is for 2years.As per dated 17-10-2011.we also gave a notice to homeshop18 by speed post.when we talk to homeshop18 they are neglecting us not reparing our camera.     Sir I am just frustrated from after sales support of LG. I have visited to the LG services center in the Month of June 2011 with my faulty remote to get it repaired. There support person told me that it can't be repaired and place the order we will order from LG India. I then waited for their call till June and after that I started visiting the Mira Road service center. Every time they give me the Expiation that you will get it within a month. In the month of Sep 2011 Mr. Prince (Coordinator of LG service center) suggested me to register the online complaint. After that I registered the online complaint on LG service portal. Ref no is RNA110907016309. But still there is no response from LG. I have sent a lot of SMS to Mr. Charan (Head of Zone) but no single reply. Contact them may times over phone but 99% of time he didn’t pick up my calls. The home theater is not having any button on that to get it switched on. Without remote it is just a black box. I am sick of the LG service and recommend not buying a single product of LG. There all promises are false that we see on their holdings. Requesting you to please help me. I want to draw your kind attention towards illegal allocation of my Vodafone Number 9999090909 to somebody else without my application, information or permission while the number was being used by me. Actually, I purchased a Vodafone number 9999090909 from Vodafone Store, Krishna Nagar, Delhi at premium prize two months back. This number had been used by me as postpaid for one month. The number is updated as my name and address and everything was good. Unfortunately, on 25th Oct'11 my number got barred by Vodafone after using for more than one month. When I called to Customer Care, the Executive asked me to submit my documents again at Vodafone Store because there is some problem with the documentation. I went to Vodafone Store Preet Vihar and showed my original ID proofs and submitted copies of the same. Unfortunately my number could not get activated, therefore I sent an E-Mail to Vodafone Care and Nodel Officer explaining all the problems I was facing. They replied and suggested again to go to Vodafone Store and submit my documents again. I again went to Vodafone Store at Preet Vihar, Delhi, showed my documents and submitted the same, however the Store Manager Mr. Sangharsh said this number can't be activated as this was barred by Mr. Jitendra Singh who is at higher level officer in Vodafone and he allocated my number to somebody else. Having disappointment, I again wrote an e-mail to Vodafone Care and Nodel Officer explaining all these problems. Their reply was to submit my documents to Vodafone Store located at Okhla along with filling CAF agreement. I went to Okhla Store on 5th Nov'11, showed my original documents, filled the CAF and submitted my documents along with photo copy of original sim card. I also showed them the mail I received from Vodafone. The Executive assured me that my number would get activated within 72 working hours. When my number could not get activated after the said time, I again wrote an e-mail to Vodafone Care and Nodel Officer explaining all the detailed problems I was facing. They didn't reply back. I wrote a comment on Facebook also and went to Vodafone Stores for more than 5 times, but unfortunately they didn't have any response or resolution for the same. On 11th Nov'11 I paid my bill against the number. And when I called to my number to check if it’s working or not, I found it got activated but somebody else was using it. I called to Customer Care and they said that number is migrated as prepaid and working properly. The interesting part is, I didn't request to convert my number to prepaid from postpaid. And my number is using somebody else while its updated on my name and address. I went to Vodafone Store again to block my number because it may misuse by that person. But they didn't do that and told me that I can do anything whatever I can but my number will not be allocated to me. As of now, I have been suffering a huge business loss because of my number for about one month. The person, who is using my number is miss behaving with my Clients and relatives. I also talked to Nodel Officer Miss. Sushma, but she also could help me neither she wanted to help me nor she listened my problem properly. I also said her that I can go to Legal, but she said I can do anything whatever I can. I'm suffering very much and there is nobody who can help me. But I came to know that you people are doing fantastic help people like me. I have lots of trust on you that you'll definitely help me to get out this problem and help me to get my number back from Vodafone. I have all the proofs of my number as follow:- 1.     Dear Sir, I am using a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ (datacard). The company claims that it provides the speed of upto 3.1 Mbps, but it hardly gives the speed of 100-200 Kbps. When I contact the customer care they say that we provide the average speed of 250-500 Kbps. If it is the case, WHY THEY MISLEAD THE CONSUMERS BY GIVING THE FALSE INFORMATION OF THE SPEED OF 3.1 MBPS, which i could never experience? I get really frustrated while using the so called HIGH SPEED INTERNET DATACARD giving such a slow speed that I perform my other work while surfing the Internet. My suggestion for them is: If they don't have the technology, at least they can put an *(asterick) mark over 3.1 Mbps and can explain the * (asterick) by writing a footnote : OUR AVERAGE SPEED IS 250-500 KBPS. By this, at least people would be mentally prepared for it, and the company would not be alleged for misleading advertising.

When i called Helpdesk no their Backend team behaviour was so rude they don't know how to talk with customer.I have already escalated this thing to higher authority of SBI card managers but they also didnot revert my query even they don't bother about the customer pain. They have charged my ICICI Bank Credit Card no. 4477473750501004 against an online Order no. 2975740 dated 08.01.2006 for a new Sendo X Smartphone which is not delivered to me and they have not refunded the money to my Credit Card. I tried to contact them when i came to know they send me a written email that they will return my money to my Credit Card on 12th October,2010 but they have refused to refund siting it as an old case.     I used to stay at Lucknow and shifted to Noida. I am having a Credit Card no. 4477473750501004 with me since August 2005. This card is never used by me but there is a transaction on this Credit Card against a online bid which was made by me and my Credit Card is charged for Rs 10,100/- for the supply of New Sendo X SmartPhone Camera/ Bluetooth/MP-3/MMC vide order no. 2975740 of rediffshopping. But this Phone is not delivered to me. I came to know about this case when I applied for a Homeloan and it got rejected due to default on My Credit Card because of this transaction. This case is over 5 year Old. I took up with Rediffshopping than they sent me an email on 12th October,2010 that they have cancelled the Order no. 2975740 on receipt of my email after 5 Years and they will refund to My Credit Card within 7 days. This email is there with me and can be sent to you. But now after a regular follow up on emails they are saying that they can not return this money as they do not have such policy. I am very disappointed with reliance services and their mechanism to handle Customer Complaints and queries. Despite of complaints being pending and resolutions of issues not given to Customer, there are several reminders like Payment pending through mails and SMS. Your mechanism like Nodal, Appellate & other grievances forums also does not take complaints seriously. Can someone please care to answer my below issues? Why can’t I call Reliance BB Department directly from my handset? Why am I charged wrongly on Mobile Internet Usage every month despite of 299/- Blackberry plan? Why am I charged Rs 15 every month for MCA if the same is not working in Blackberry? Why am I charge Late Payments every month if my problem is pending to be resolved by Reliance?     Hello Sir, I have a complain against AIR INDIA, Delhi. My Wife was coming from Ranchi to Delhi on 2 February 2011 with my 1 year old son. And she kept all her jewellery worth Rs. 4 Lacs and 14 thousand rupees cash in her Suitcase. When she reached home she found that all her jewellery and cash was missing from the suitcase. When we looked thorughly we found suitcase was damaged from behind and if you see the suitcase you won't be able to make out that its broken. We showed it to the AIR INDIA Investigation team and gave them a written complaint and now after 3 days told us they never saw any jewellery and cash on Luggage scanner footages. I am not denying that my wife made mistake keeping all the ornaments on the Suitcase, but the problem which i am more concerned is AIR INDIA Staff was more concerned in looking for some MLA PILLOW which was lost in flight and AIR INDIA guys were more concerned about that PILLOW rather then listening to us. They showed there concern but i don't think they actually did something. AIR INDIA Investigator says that ornaments got theft from your Ranchi home not from the flight. My car's engine no. is CFW200345 , Chassis no. is WVWK11606CT013163, invoice no. VSI110781. My car has covered approximately 1200 km only. On 2/2/2012 my car stopped while going my officer and didnt start. So i called customer care and they sent roadside assistance ( top speed motors) and checked car. They connected their battery to my car and then suddnly my car stared making cracking shrilly noise and sparked also. And your man said just car's self is broken and nothing else.Then car is carried to workshop and after checking on contrast to that RSA's man they said your car's engine is seized because your chamber was broken and oil was leaked. But my car was not showing any indication of oil shortage in car. It's not my fault here and i want my car fixed by company only. I m not ready to give any penny as it's not at all my fault.     Respected Sir ! It is for your kind information that I am not satisfied with the YAMAHA CRUX bike which I purchased from R.R.TRADERS, Hazaribag on 20/01/2010. I am not even satisfied with the service provided at the Service Centre also. Besides of complaining from the very first day of purchase, no-one was paying attention on the problems. At last the previous JHARKHAND'S SERVICE ENGINEER (Mr. JITENDRA KR. DUBEY) advised me to have a regular servicing from SHAIL YAMAHA SERVICE CENTRE, Kishoreganj, Ranchi but the same thing was there also, they gave me lots of excuses and even cheated me. When the crank was to be changed as warranty replacement, they got the crank repaired and added the charge on the job card and when I was rigid on the matter, they misguided me and cheated me by changing the job card also received by somebody else. I am having the Xerox copies of all the things that I had mentioned. The following problems are still there :- 1) The front brake is not smooth, after giving excuses for last 1 year now they are saying that the racer of the handle will be changed and I will have to pay for it. 2) Rear shockers are not working properly from the very date of purchasing and I am regularly complaining for that also from the very beginning but now they are saying that it will also cost me. 3) From the very first day I am complaining for the pick up of the bike and sound coming from the engine but the problem is still there whereas the engine has been opened for not less than 3-4 times. 4) Slight leakage is there at the mid-joint of the engine from where mobile leaks. Which they are not able to fix it till date and have to solution to the same. And now, I am really frustrated of all these things. So, I am requesting you to urgently look into the matter or I will be compelled to take the matter to CONSUMER COURT. I should mention that I was having a firm belief on the bikes of YAMAHA and thats why I purchased the same instead of Hero Honda's bike but now it seems that I took a wrong selection.     Dear sir, I have a complaint against HDFC lifeinsurance co. I have taken a policy no. 14806187 from HDFC life in december 2011 and a policy premimum of Rs.24000/- was swiped on my hdfc credit card on 30 dec 11. the policy was was duly cancelled on my request 3rd Jan 2012 while at the proposal stage. Hence the said policy was not issued to me. The policy preimum was duly charged on my credit card no. 5289456002750565 for Rs. 24000 on 30/12/2011. I am yet to receive the refund against cancellation of my policy to my credit card account. I have been constently following up with the branch and duly registered the complaints on the website and on telephone as well, but have not received any updates yet. Last week I visited the branch and have been informed that the transaction was duly authorised on 4/Jan/2012 and then after on 30/jan/12 after cancellation of the policy, but the credit card number was tagged mentioning the wrong number. I have then again given to fill and signed the mandate form for refund and have submitted on 14/Feb/2012. Still I have no information about the refund. my credit card statement was generated on 19/feb/12 where have been charged for about Rs.1535.38 as late fee and finance charges for non payment of Rs.24000/- which is still due to be refunded by HDFC Life insurance co. I have again sent a mail on 20/feb/12 (complaint Interaction ID:634327) to service@hdfclife.com stated the abov contents and so far have not received any conclusion. Credit card people are after to pay the dues and asking that if not paid again there will be a charges for non payment.     I had purchased Nokia handset (C6-01 model) in March'11. The handset has started giving trouble from May’11. It was got repaired vide job sheet no. 763504867/ 110729/22 from Nokia Service Centre in August 2011. The cell phone has functioned normally for some time & then it started giving problems again in less than 4 months’ time although, the internal unit was replaced during the last repairs in August'11. The phone was again sent to the service centre (job sheet no.1373 dated 06.01.2012, code 059C5W6) vide my letter dated 05.01.2012. It seems that unfortunately I had got a defective piece. This time, I had requested for replacement of the mobile under warranty. Since, this instrument is showing continuous signs of problems right from the beginning, there seems to be inherent manufacturing defect. The two problems out of many i have conveyed now were there even during the previous complaints . In addition to my earlier mail sent to nokia on 18.01.2012, it is to inform I had also lodged the complaint regarding this problem to Nokia customer care with a Case ID No.1-121293390021. It is regretted to note that I have not received any reply from their side for about two months. Then, their customer care (Mr. Chetan Singh from complaints dept.,) had contacted me and informed that this handset is now repaired again. It was brought to his kind notice once again that since the instrument is giving problems right from the start, it seems that it has got some inherent problems / manufacturing defects because of which I had asked for the replacement of the same. Under such circumstances, it will be futile to take back the repaired instrument without a proper warranty for a suitable period because as per the performance of this instrument for last 10 months, it is very likely that it may start giving trouble again. After detailed discussion with Mr. Chetan Singh, it seemed that he was not a competent aurhority who can take a decision of replacement of the instrument. When I asked him to give the contact no. of the person who is competent to take the decision, he refused plainly. Further, he also refused to even disclose his own designation. It is very sad and surprising to notice such kind of behaviour from such a highly reputed company like Nokia. If such is the behaviour with a very senior class I gazetted govt. officer, then, it is now understood how poor service the company provides to a common man. again one such incident occured on 6th feb 12. this time one Mr. Depender (subject matter expert ) behaved exactly the same way except that he gave his designation. I don't know how to get contact no of the competent person so that matter can be discussed/ highlighted at proper level. Eventhough continuously chasing the matter, i am not able to contact the competent person who takes the decision of replacement or non-replacement. Because only after denial of replacement by competent person i can decide about the further course of action. why this instrument is not replaced and repairs which Nokia has carrid out are comprehensive and no problems are going to be there for at least sometime. It is very surprising to note that your Nokia care centre has conveyed that i should take an extended warranty on payment of charges for this instrument. I have forwarded the mails to telephone_mumbai@nokiacareindia.com and manoj@tec-india.com also. i have again tried to contact Mr. Depennder in between since he has ensured me that my problem willbe put up at higher level and he will give a feedback to me on this issue, but he cannot be contacted as nobody connects him at care centre. All efforts to speak to speak to a competent authority fall on deaf ears. Once again I made an effort to speak to the competent person but in vain. I don't understant why higher authorities in Nokia cannot be contacted. Now such apoor response of Nokia I am worried that if I take back this mobile and use it for some time, say a few months, then I am 100% sure that they will not respond to any problems saying it is not under warranty now. Either they replace the mobile phone or give me at least three months guarantee of repairs carried out by them. I hope and wish this time atleast some competent person attends to my complaint and take necessary action.     I have complaint against MCX exchange becuase we see previous example of speculation in Guargum and Menthaoil and now we see in the Cardomom i want to know that if every day you see that cardomom done upper freez of 4% from last 4 session. So what MCX do in this comodity? Why that type of speculation running in this comodity? who are buying? they have to disclouse. Because i short cardomom at 1125 and from 4 sesion it comes at 1312 now you tell me and ask to Mcx that. They are encourage speculation or what? if now that disclose that name which party is more aggressive in this comodity? and what is your role in this comodity????? because we know that in ths guargum and menthaoil only speculator profit and retail investor or signle person losses all their money. MCx should be more aggressive in this type of speculative moves. and ask MCX exchange that what are they doing in Cardomom to stop that type of rally? i hope pehredar team will lead that type of question and protect the speculative move by speculator or any type of exchanges

    I have bought a property in karjat, registered on me and my wifes name,for 25 lacs,its a NA plot, and the the builder has really being a pain since the time we have purchased the plot, firstly he gave us 750sq ft less which after a hassele he agreed to give the proper area of 7.78sq mtrs. and now he wants the maintainence cheque which we are ready to give provided he gives us the agreed services which is not given the basic nececity as street lights and water also the roads are not maintained and the security guards so are never there when visited the plot couple of times. he is also holding our orginal registered documents and pressurizing us for maintainence cheques.. we are helpless agiants the builder please help us as we want to build a small home for my children over there. thank you .. my no is 9870404000

    Sir, It was on 3rd Dec.’11 that I visited TVS dealer M/S Fathepuria Motors kota, for purchasing a 125cc motorbike and asked for TVS Flame 125DS ,selecting from their Exhibited rate list at the showroom. They said it was out of stock, and if booked they Cab deliver same in ten days. I paid an advance of ten thousand rupees, to which they issued a receipt on a/c of FLAME DISC RED(red being the color my son opted for). I enquired that I wanted 125DS, to which they said that it is the only model in this range, as you can see from the rate list being displayed. On tenth day when I enquired the dealer asked for six days more, however on 19th Dec, I received a call from the dealer stating that the vehicle has arrived, and I can come and take the delivery. In the evening me and my son went and found that they were offering TVS Flame 125 SR instead of 125DS. They said this is the same model and SR or DS is meaningless, and as since we wanted Flame, so issued the cheque for balance amount and took the delivery of the bike. As they Could not provide the service booklet of the vehicle same noting was done on the invoice. Same was promised by them to give on first service. The other day on searching the TVS site I found that company had two models TVS Flame125 SR and TVS Flame DS and were both different. The dealer had prompted me fraudently on purchasing the SR model. On 23rd Dec I lodged a complaint at customer care TVS re same, from where I received a computer generated message repeating my complaint and stating that their officials shall look in the matter, and I also received a call day after listening to my grudges. I talked to the dealer who stated that why did I complain to the TVS, any how he said that they shall fit the DS kit in the first service. I then went through the invoice to find that the billing of the vehicle was done in the name of TVS Flame 125 ES Disc, a model which company does not manufacture at all. . In the first service they made a noting to change the kit, and they also provided me with the service booklet and this time the booklet was of TVS Flame 125DS. Three different things, billing different, booklet different, and the vehicle given different, this raged my limits and I went to my lawyers who filed a suit against TVS Dealer and The company TVS under section 420. Thereafter a case was filed with consumer court and a case with local vidhi lok adalat. The decisions of all are pending. On enquiring as to why they did so, I found on net that M/S Bajaj Auto had filed a suit with Madras High court and Supreme court of India, on grounds of patent, against TVS regarding this model, as of which the court has called upon the TVS to suspend sales of this model, but these people are selling the product overreaching the highest country’s court decision. Howsoever I wish to request your goodself to give as much air to the matter as required and possible, that business group like TVS should in future refrain from such dirty practices. Especially such huge business groups should be obedient to the court orders, otherwise what shall be the state of law and order of the country, and the worst part is that all this on account of mere sixty thousand rupees worth of motorbike. On 5th April 2012, while trying to withdraw an amount at ATM (CANARA BANK- jamia Nagar), i entered my pin no, before i go further at the same time something wrong happen in the machine (hanged or something), so i pull back my card , also canceled it manually many times. in next few minutes i visit to the nearest another ATM (Indian bank-jamia nagar).... and withdraw Rs 4,000 and found that my balance is showing Rs 10,000 withdrawal in last transaction which i never did. we have no idea weather it was a theft or due to ATM machine, we already been complaining to the icici officials, managers etc but we have no clue how it going to proceed as every one in icici making us to run here n there and giving no positive response. please look into the matter as the amount am loosing is big. hope you understand the situation and look for the solution. From last three months it is defected. No sim card reads in it and charging problem. I have submitted it three times in allahabad based service center named “Radoi Centre”. But it was not repaired. They have changed its mother board and update software too but it was not working in proper condition and the same problem arises. They have very poor service and I am not satisfied with their service. I am fed up from that mobile and their service from last three months. I want the DOA Letter or money as expenses of that mobile anyhow. First time I had submitted it on 19th April 2012.From 19th April my problem is not resolved. Second time they have changed motherboard of mobile but the problem was not resolved. In third time they had offered me the replacement of that mobile. Then I demanded DOA Letter of that mobile because I am suffering from last two months due to this mobile and the company bad service, but they refused to give me. They offer me (Sandeep Sharma, Area Manager of Fly Mobile,09838101234) to replace my handset with another model. After three days I had demanded GGC169 in replacement of GC222 because both are of equal price, but they refused to give me again. I am suffering from last three months due to this mobile. Due to this my two months warranty expires. They have told me that they have replaced my mobile with another new one but they don’t. They have replaced my handset with a second hand (Repaired and defective) used handset. They have replaced my mobile with a defective second hand used handset of some one other. The replaced handset is defective, its multimedia is not working, it has sound problem, speaker problem and charging problem.     Dear Sir, I have a complaint against Airtel.i was traveling from 22nd may - 4rth june to UAE.i had put my cel on airplane mode,data roaming & cellular data off!! I have received an invoice of Rps16,041/- saying internet charges. I had used my phone on wifi not on a regular usage. My bill hasnt been more than 2500/-Rps atall.My may invoice was Rps 1150/-.Im using this no for the last 13 yrs.I called the customer care n filed a complaint, i did get call back & i explained them d same !!i blew them off as they werent understanding my problem atall. According to Airtel n their respective team they have resolved my problem without satisfying me with a proper solution.i get regular discounts every month but in this invoice i havent even got that !!! Very Shocking attitude of Airtel n their customer care attendants. Im looking for a solution & help in the same issue.     On 13th may 2012 I had purchased and 14th may 2012 it installed by reliance digital retail limited. And on 19th may 2012 it takes fire at afternoon when house was closed and no one at home from lastsix hours and it happended because of air conditioner . Social workers from surrounding areas broke up the doors and make control on fire. Local fire brigade also reached on spot for help on thecomplaint of local peoples. I have lost rs 30000/- ac and rs 74100/- other loss. I complained to the customer care at the same time (3...00pm), but they visit on 20th 12.00pm and taken the ac forinvestigation and assure to give ac replacement also other loss after consulting Hitachi official. On next day Hitachi team visit my house but not give any decision and till now i have not got any solution.My house damaged badly and i and my family suffering and living at hotel. We could not understand the logicbehind such funny talks as we were interested to give comfort and relief to ourmother and we were busy with other medical checkups of my mother etc but thedealer Mr Tatia will NOT do checking first and then sent the cooler to ourhouse. We were depressed as more and more harassment to face in next few days. On 06.07.2012, I again filled thewater and started but now pump is not working. We have again made a complainton 06.07.2012 and requested that you are harassing a lady and also theirservices are very poor hence either take the cooler back and pay back me Rs.8080.00or send us just now the new cooler duly tested as my mother is very serious. Aswhy we should go on repairing a cooler which was never delivered to us inrunning condition. A person came to take the pump forrepairing, which we have refused. After repeated request and threatening, thedealer has sent the 3rd cooler, that too without testing andchecking. And what made them not to check even 3rd cooler beforesending to us? When we have insisted to test check then and there at our housebut they refused. Butto our bad luck, the 3rd cooler too was not working and pump willnot work. Sir, so if we agree to the whims and fancy of the dealer, he will goon replacing the cooler till the end of summer season? We have never seen sucha ‘Hitlarian’ attitude of the dealer towards the innocent customer therebydamaging the reputation of the USHA Company? Will you, Sir, allow such a riskystand taken by the dealer to defame the company? I hope not. As far as I can understand, thewarranty starts only after delivery of running appliance duly tested by theDealer and satisfying the customer during home delivery. Further you willsurprise that they have never given us the warranty card of any cooler withtheir seal, signed with date showing warranty starts. We failed to understand what madethem (the dealer) to book a complaint on 07.07.2012 to your call centre withoutgiving us signed warranty card? This is a pre-planned strategy with malafideintention to falsely book the innocent customer at a later date for theirconvenience. On which cooler number your company’s call centre has booked thecomplaint on 07.07.2012, without entering our details? contd….3 :3: But the owner refused to eitherrefund or replace the defective cooler by a new cooler for the last few days. Now the cooler is lying ideal, atour residence as we have decided to take back the refund only. Further more just to malign us, asif we are the culprits, Mr. Tatia has started telephoning to few of ourrelations and trying to tarnish our image for no fault of us as if Mr. Tatiahas given the cooler free of cost to us? This is the sad tale of such a minorissue as our attention was diverted to purchase a running cooler rather than togive our whole time to the welfare of our mother. Whether we have chosen a wrongcompany “Usha Lexus” or a wrong dealer we do not know. But I am sure I am notchosen a wrong company. Here the intention of the dealer isto anyhow to sale a defective cooler to us and moreover even when we requestedhim to at least put his seal of the firm, date, cash memo no. on the warrantyof the company’s manual, that too Mr. Tatia declined. And present cooler no. weare holding is VE 30090523, whereas the blank warranty card shows the applianceSerial no. VE 30110494. Every where they had done some fraudulent practices. Due to “non-cooperative and enjoyingharassed customer” and abuse of its dominant position and one sided likeattitude has totally diverted our attention to have a running cooler ratherthan to take care of our serious ailing mother. This is a big harassment, torture,cheating and non-cooperation with small consumer and I request you to pleasetake stern suitable action and instruct the dealer to immediately refund theamount as now we will not accept any replacement in any circumstances, plus acompensation of Rs.5000/- towards such torture, harassment caused to us. . The above dealer M/s ‘GANPATI’ can’ttarnish the image of a company like Usha and the dealer should be blacklisted. I sincerely hope, Sir, you will dothe needful. Weawait.     Respected Sir, I had purchased a flat at Bhiwadi ( Rajasthan) , price of Rs 20,0000/- including the uncovered open one car parking 19,65000 basic price of flat and 35000 car parking ). at the time of agreement ,the builder mentioned approximate 1250 sq ft super built up area and.with the condition ,that if area will be more than 1250 sq ft,he will take more money, as per area calculation and if the area will be less he will refund us. Before pussation when we had asked for area measurement he told us that 1250 sq ft. is approx. and calculated by our architect. However,When we checked this area ,It came 1100 sq feet including all common area of staircase, momety, pipe shaft, etc. Now sale dead is completed as per 1250 sq ft , but area is not measured by builder, and builder / he did not allowed us to measure before sale deed . Moreover ,builder charged for 1250 sq feet going against the agrrement terms& conditions We had requested for measurement of area but he is saying this area is approx. and this is calculated by our architect. Builder is saying this area is not a matter of consumer court/sawa dosh because area measuremnt is not comes under consumer court . /cosumenr court matter Please advice us about the same. 1.-Can we go to consumer court for this area calculation/ as a service fault/SEVA DOSh. 2.We dont know much about the super area, built up area, and floor area.But we checked the "super built up area"of flat as per the definition and terms and conditions made in the agreement. 3.Builder used floor area as 1250sq ft in instalment payment receipts, super built up area also as 1250 sq ft in agreement, and now he is saying that this is "super area" calculated by our architect. and not giving details/drawings etc. Please advice us./help us urgently so within time frame we can go to suitable action .     Sir, I purchased Blacberry Torch 9800 IMEI NO 356200040591162 which i bought on 01/07/2012 from Nagpur at Rs.24200 including vat 12.5% . Unfortunately for saving someone life i dived into a river , and my cell was with me too. I went to blacberry service centre, Nagpur which is watched by COMWEN SERVICES and handed over my cell to them on 09/07/2012 . After too much of Harassment about knowing my phone status , today i.e 07/09/2012 i suddenly get a mail from COMWEN SERVICES, Nagpur that the repairing estimated cost is Rs.26738.00 . And i have to deposit it before repairing. I am just Shocked, After 2 months of handing over the phone they are giving me estimate and how can a phone costing rs.24200 can be charged rs.26738 for repairing ? is there any explanation for the same, i got in writting from Blackberry Service Center Nagpur !! Pls reply"

    Dear Sir, This is for your information that I am a registered owner of vehicle SWIFT No-HR51-AH-1069 which met an accident on 03/05/2011.Since then my car is standing at Vipul Motors for repairing.The manager of the body shop is Mr. Manoj Kumar Gope. Almost one & a half year have been passed but the car is still at workshop. A month back (during mid of August) when we visited the body shop at Gurgaon ,the car was not ready to take off. We have discussed the problem with Mr. Manoj Gope.He at that time assured us to give the car with complete repair with in two days of time.Till then we are continuously following him for the repair of the car. But now after one month when we visited again at body shop Gurgaon ,they have made the bill of Rs.5,26,130.00 which is almost equal the price of the new swift (Rs.5,50,000.00) with all the duplicate parts used. I am attaching some of the current pictures of my car which is still standing at Gurgaon body shop. (More pictures attached on separate mail) Kindly help me on this matter to resolve the problem.     Dear Sir/Mam, Myself is a HNI client of SBI. On 16th March2012 at about 11.30am I went for a FD at Bagdogra IAF SBI branch. I filled up a FD form of Rs.6lac at sharp 11.30am to 12pm.I provide them a 'Yourself" cheque where normal withdrawal facility is 2lac and below for any individual. My cheque was By Order not a Berra r. My cheque no. was "336384"I done all formalities but forgot to received pay-in-slip with bank stamp. Generally, not a single Govt bank provide us any stamp on pay-in-slip they normally ask to put on table. The bank official told me that please come at sharp 3.30pm on that day for FD Certificate. When i went to bank near about 3.30pm that time I was shocked that that cheque stolen from SBI Bagdogra branch and that "YOU SELF" cheque transfer another individual person on that day within 11.30am to 3pm at another SBI branch. Simultaneously, that individual withdraw 4.30lac from his own account through self cheque. That person open his account with SBI just two days before such as 14th March 12. My question is that how a YOURSELF cheque transfer a individuals account without my written permission where my cheque limit is 2lac and below for transfer to any individual account. I ask Bagdogra SBI Branch Manager about my incident he told me that you are not came to our branch due to I have no stamp on my Pay-In-slip I had already lodge an FIR against SBI IAF Bagdogra branch U/S 409 IPC on dated 16th March12 at Bagdogra PS. After some days I had also lodge a case on District Consumer court. But yet I am not get any positive measure from any end such as SBI bank or Consumer Court. So. I have a humble request to you that if possible please take a positive action on my big problem.
