Zee Learn Ltd. Lists On NSE, BSE

The educational arm of the Essel Group runs the preschool chain of Asia – Kidzee along with other institutes.

Zee Learn Ltd. has listed its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange today. The listing announcement was made at NSE in the presence of students of Kidzee, the preschool chain of Zee Learn, as well as students from schools where Zee Learn provides school solutions. Punit Goenka, along with the students, rang the traditional bell to open the exchange for trade. The listing was announced by Sumeet Mehta, Chief Executive Officer, Zee Learn Ltd in the presence of other dignitaries including Punit Goenka, Chief Executive Officer, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL).

Speaking on this occasion, Sumeet Mehta said, “With increasing income levels and awareness, aspirations of Indian parents are rising. More children are starting early, there's more emphasis on holistic learning than rote learning and vocational streams are becoming as important as traditional degrees.
